Role-playing
Yes, this is another one DC's game.
For the first round let's suppose we have a star X and a system of planets surrounding that star. Each planet has it's own inhabitants, interests, army and etc.
So we have:
Planet Alpha: Inhabitants of this planet are mentaly developed. They believe in the power of mind and that always cause them to conflict with planet Omega which highly develop robotic technology now. They are afraid that machines can go out of control.
Planet Beta: Beta is a trade planet. It bases it's life only on economy. For the last years this planet is on the edge of war with planet Vega which is annoyed that main Beta's tradeways come across their territory. They want them to move their ways but that will cause Beta's economy to fall.
Planet Gamma: Gamma is quite weak planet, which also has a big
debt to planet Delta and on the edge of enslaving. However it is only one planet in system which has moon - Gamma-2.
Planet Delta: Very rich and economycally developed planet which has debt-enslaved planet Epsilon and planet Gamma in debt.
Planet Omega: This planet develops robotic technology. That always cause them to conflict with planet Alpha. Omega's scientists are sure that machines won't go out of control but Alpha doesn't listen.
Planet Vega: This planet has most powerful and biggest army. For the last years Vega's government was annoyed that Beta's tradeways come across their territory, so they immideately told them that they will start war if they don't move their ways.
Planet Epsilon: This is quite little planet which is debt-enslaved by planet Delta for a lot of years. And now they will try to use the this situation to free themselves.
Nowadays this planetary system is on the edge of war because of the different cases. So planets made a council on the small orbital station near planet Beta. Each player is a consul of a single planet so you see I need at least 7 people to join. If more people want to join I'll try to imagine more planets. All rules and objectives I'll tell when you all join.

Okay, I'll tell you rules now. After joining is over I give every player his planet and objectives. Then we have a first council and High Judge (me) listens to all who want to speak and we deal with some problems. Then I give you a 'free time' which lasts about a week. During free time you can communicate with other players via HCM and make a deals: like making an alliance or payment. Your objective is to maximally complete objectives you got. After free time is over I make a second council and sum up. That's all.

Yeah, I'm just not that into RPs
And from what I've seen of the new Role Plays (which is not much, I only know a little because Father wanted me to join one), four players after a few days is 
So I think you should start right now, and then maybe others will join later

Impossible.  I can't start untill everyone who want join, and I need at least 7 people. Rules of the game don't allow me to start and wait for others.

It's not really an RP, it's more a game of diplomacy (which is why I won't join), much like mafia was only with different objectives.

Hmm, so there are two people for Vega?
Anyway, I see this attemt has failed. Maybe I should start another Tavern RPG. However I'll not abandone this one at all. I'll just for 7 people joined.

I don't think I have time and I am not reliable, sorry for that. But I would have joined Omega
EDIT: although Alpha sounds cool to me too.
