Of course I will give you what I have if I find this CD when I'm gonna be back at home. But I need to emphase - don't expect a lot of work related to graphics. Only several graphics were made, I doubt they survive till this day though. I'd say this town didn't go out of a sphere of concepts.
I will write here when I get this CD and I will send you via PM a link with all the stuff.

I found it, but I don't have good news. As I mentioned before, there are not many things, mostly an information that one of the units (bishop and archbishop) was to be based on mitzah's unit (along with the non-upgraded version). Mitzah's archbishop was to be basically an upgraded version of bishop, which I planned to make a less "rich-looking" archbishop, maybe recoloured as well.
My sketch that I remembers is also gone - I hoped to see its scanned version on this CD, but there is nothing there. I remember it though, that's why I mentioned that giant balloon object.
All left is a table of suggested creatures (with two "unknowns") and about two hero classes: Engineer and Samaritan. I guess you won't need it, so I think there is no need to translate them and post them here, as for you must have your own vision on this steampunk town*.  Good luck.
* But it doesn't mean I won't post it - if you really want to, I can translate it and post it here, in this thread.

upgraded form was to be 100% magic immune; both of them flew.
As you see, in my ideas those units sticked to the Castle's idea and form, at least most of those which were thought or invented.
I had around 30% animation made of bishop (it was lost, sadly); fully animated Archbishop by mitzah (excluding sprites on the map), same goes with Militia and Armored Griffin. Peasants and griffins were based on those units we have in game.
As for town screen, it was something like yellow-rusty-recoloured Castle with some features, like that balloon mentioned before.
Don't stick to my vision, it's some old ideas I translated and posted above. They were made years ago, I think I wouldn't be able to finish the town by myself anyway.
Stick to your own vision and don't look behind on my ideas - this is my advice. If some of these ideas would help, it's okay. If not, then it's even better, 'cause you will be able to make something completely similar to your vision.

Replacing existing cities is good too. Eg. snow castle. You have dpne it another. As I see best solutin is if you replace castle by all resources you have and give this mod here. Rest we can fit from banks and forum artists gives last their works. Fred began bank of creatures so we have full pack of options!

The thing is that nothing apart from what I wrote about survived till this day, sadly.

Next HIII clone discovered. Attal : Lords of doom
Unfinished but there are some resources. Especially town with cutted buildings. Some units but HIII clones monks, minotaurs, pixies. So this town can be used with creatures from banks. We have more creatures than town screens.

Here you have done a lot of things not only one picture. But I agree present towns should be on basic level to play.
