Hmm waiting for somebody to post about finally fixing Martica (Hint hint to the guy playing 'Emily'). As for your character B-E-T-A he is in 'temporal statis'. Not alive or dead, trapped in time..until I figure out what to do  .
Dispair - Aka Jessie.
Powers : Causes crushing Dispair in a single target enemy, so much so that they are unable to do anything but lay whimpering on the floor. Others nearby (besides herself) also feel the effects, but to a much lesser degree. She can alter her appearence slightly at will also. Mostly hair color and clothing instantly.
Weaknesses - Against a single enemy she is deadly, even works on things like machines that are normally immune. However, if there are even just two enemy, she is otherwise 'normal' and very vulnerable. While her power affects everybody in an area, only one is 'helpless', the others while depressed are pretty free. Most normal humans run off crying, but that has just been luck so far.

Since I'm a bit grounded with Alex, I'll start up a new char.
Name: Leo El'Jonson
Race:Human brain and nervous system inside a cybernetic body
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Height: 210cm(225 when armored)
Weight: 105kg(without armor), ~260kg(armored)
Appearance: looks like this, but instead of a helm wears an oni mask. When encased in armor looks like this, but without the headdress.
Powers: mid class telepathy and telekinesis. Also Leo can create electric blasts, which are amplified through hand implanted blasters(ala Shocker). Communicates only telepathically, but sometimes uses an implanted voice module. Also has a cloaking device that was stolen from subterrans.
Weaknesses: Water renders his main weapon(and the stealth gen) useless. Overusing mental powers cause severe headaches.
Other weapons and traits: Twin pistols and a wakizashi. Expertises in kendo and other martial arts. Due to his bionic body, Leo may lift up to 100 metric tons. EMP and other similiar weapons have no efect on him. His armor makes him almost immune to some weapons(from melee weapons and pistols to light machine guns), however he can't rush straight to battle, as he still isn't unbeatable and is slower when armored. A expert in bionics is require to apply and remove the armor.

Hmm, another mentalist .
Just a note about Dispair. She is not a mentalist, and her powers are not Mental based. Don't want to give a spoiler, but you will soon see what I mean.

Sounds like prime meat for my next character after Geist dies. Hehehehe, and why shouldn't Despair's ability be mental based, that's the only logical assumption that comes to mind, and it'll bring my guy up a lil bit.

A few changes will come, including a few new powers for people. Jorn is just the first.
Changes to Jorn.
Suit is now semi-sentient. It will also 'fight'. In order to do so it will send out whisp like tendrils that will solidify. Something like a very weak version of Spawns outfit. It is not very strong, it is made from mist after all, but can be a distraction.
He will also have access to a .. familiar. More on that later..

I thought I'd may as well make the new character now for after Geist leaves our entertaining cast.
Name: Troy Octavian Fortinbras
Species: Homo Sapiens
Alias: Nighthunter
Height: 6'5
Weight: 197 lbs
Eye color: light brown
Hair color: dark brown
Attributes: Troy is very strong, and very flexible. He is basically at the human peak physical level, and knows Jujitsu, kickboxing, and Kung Fu at advanced levels. He is relatively good with the sword, having taken Iai, Kendo, fencing, and even studied under the tutelage of a Mercurian blademaster, but is not nearly as skilled as such individuals as Jorn, Alex, Udirah, or even Geist. He is an excellent marksman, however, preferring his coilgun sniper rifle, or his double barreled coilgun pistols over any form of melee combat. He is prepared for almost any situation, having EMP grenades, holy water canisters, and a motley of spy equipment and glove and boot blades. Although he may be powerful in almost all areas, he no master in any one true area except marksmanship.
Background: Troy grew up in space, raised by Mercurians after being saved from his dying mother's womb after a deadly pirate attack. He grew up being taught many powerful secrets until he was 15 years old, when he was sent back home. Although expected to go to highschool then, he was found to aced every single placement, aptitude, and IQ test, yet was not registered as a genius. In the city he lived in, crime was rampant and dangerous. So Troy put his skills to use, until his ability manifested at the age of 18. Soon, he was recruited into the IDP and quickly rose through the ranks, but wasn't accepted to Section 3 because his ability was classified as minor and not worthy of Section 3 work. Soon, however, his ability became very powerful, and used it on his new mission against a planet sized computer terror...
Powers: Before, he was merely resistant to mental or telepathic attacks, now he is not only completely immune to it, but reflects it back onto the assailants, but doesn't gain the ability.
Weaknesses: He's just human and isn't the best in social skills.
