ReBirth of the TOH Chatroom!!
Hello all.. I know its been tried before.. but I think it worth another shot.
Lets all give the TOH Chatroom another shot.. try and get in the habit of logging into it, just the same as you log into MSN when you turn your computer on.. And stay in the chatroom even if there is very few players there at first. Eventually when people see there are always someone there, the numbers will grow! Will be hard start at first but if everyone puts forth there effort to support it, and stay logged in.. we might beable to spark some activity.
Just a thought. I will be the first to try and get it started I will log in soon as I turn my computer on.

LoL, I didn't realize that I'm still paying for it! It was a good idea, but not enough people used it. I do remember though some good times when there were 30 people in there...

From time to time i logged into the chat chamber...
always was alone. Hope to gather people there. Good idea to revive it!

Well there is some new feature with it, that will likely stall our attempt to revive it... seems it NOW has a TIME OUT feature.. so if you are typing it kicks you out.. So that will make it hard to just hang in there all day.. and if your in a game for long periods and then alt tab out and find yourself timedout, and booted.
Maybe if we get enough interested in being back in there.. that is a feature that ves could turn off?

I doubt he gets an admin console for that chatroom.
Most likely the timeout period is embedded in the code.
Hopefully I'm mistaken and it is dynamic, I wouldn't want to hear Ves throwing money on something obsolete

When the chatroom first was started.. there was NO time out feature.. Could stay logged in all day.

maybe a better way will be creating a PREMIUM server on hamachi for 50 users...
The BIG advantage for this is that everyone has to turn on hamachi to play...so that most of the people will be online.and You can have a SERVER chat there for all the members.... IMO this would be better than this TOH chat which is still empty ;/
