Heroes' portraits
Hai guise, i'm new and I was wondering if someone can kindly make me .pcx files of these portraits:

I tried to do them by myself with paint and a .pcx converter program, but everytime the colors were shattered or something else was wrong.

Photoshop is better if you can get it. That's how I made my portraits a while ago.

download Irfan View program, it's free and small - you have option to save picture as .pcx so there's no need for any real knowledge - the only thing you have to do for it to work properly is decrease color depth

Hmm... Could you tell me (or give a link for a tutorial, if it exists), how do you add your portraits to the game? I'd be thankful

you need codes of each hero - you can find them here http://www.strategyplanet.com/homm/camelot/heroes/heroespics.htm
when having a picture for hero whose portrait you wanna change save it to heroes' data folder

I see... So, basically, I take my own pic, name it as this portrait I want to change, and put it in Data folder... I already know what file format to use for my pictures. Thanks
