You know, I could rant about this, and call Angelito a lot of degrading names, for being unable to see the difference between tongue-in-cheeck teasing and personal insults.
Unfortunately, I just don't care.
At least I made Angelito look like a Streber.

It was not ME who created the COC, but Val. The COC clearly states:

So if any of you calls any other member an idiot, a douche, a jerk an a** or anything similar, you act against the COC. It doesn't matter if you call a member with 5 red stars a jerk, or a disgracefull one. An insult is an insult.
And my job is to react on COC-breaking actions. And members who have already thousands of posts here on HC should know the rules pretty well.
And I would have applied the penalty aswell if I would have a brazilian passport instead..

What's your problem? I'm not playing a bloody backseat moderator. I just don't think the penalty was necessary. Am I all of a sudden barred from being able to make an opinion about something?

I'm inclined to agree with Angelito's action because the line was crossed and the CoC must be enforced. Yes, I know calling someone an "idiot" or "douche" might sound tame compared to other words you're used to, but that just means you've become desensitized to language others may still find offensive. The call for civility is in everyone's interest.
I've nothing personal against Lexxan, but I thought I'd state my views.
