Where can I find informations about building requirements (other buildings - not resources) AND if it's in Heroes3.exe then is it easier to edit this that Hero-thing?

Dude, If I were you I'd listen to Salamandre and install wog and disable everything except for the script you want. Imo it's much easier. But if you don't want to listen, good luck...
