Jinxer vs Elit, unfinished bussines
My personal opinion, no need long discuss about that, just load hamachi and finish the game ...
I have some games with Elit and never get problems to continue our games, all this games was in hardcore stile - one, maximum two game session. We get some little conflicts, like my secondary Wyngal reach level 15, and got some sylvan army (my main hero was Vittorio)... But in the end was only fun and all good.
Can't say the same about Jinxer, we try to play a couple of time. One of them was in 3.0 on huge rmg, on day 4 or 5 Jinxer saved and said to be continued ... I put him in my msn message "save-Jinxer". A couple of weeks passed no game continuation from Jinxer. I removed Jinxer from msn messege, cos i think game will be never continued. But what a surprise, Jinxer appear and say - "why do you remove me from your msm messege, put it back, we will continue soon. I say sure, i glad will be continuation of our game. A couple of weeks pas, no sign of Jinxer, i remove Jinxer one more time from msn messege. And surprise Jinxer appear again and say, put me back in your message, game will continue soon. I put him back once again. A lot of time pass game was not continued, Jinxer not showed up... I don't know really why Jinxer want to stay in my msn messege between saves, but this is the story 
Another time Jinxer need badly get some points to be Emperor in last season. He started game wiht me on rmg huge, i was Ossir, he strong dwarf - Carli i think ... We played month or two in game time. We meet in the neutral zone close to his main town. We could fight, but Jinxer just pass neer me and town portal home. I continue to advance in his territory. Week pass, Jinxer get more army and ask me to attack him neer his town or in town, cos he have little chance anyway. I said no, i will not attack, i have to get army, spells from main town. Jinxer say - do you attack me or we save, and i go finish game wiht Odiak, i don't wana loose more time with you... He saved, end of the story, no game continuation, nothing ...
This is how play old scool Jinxer ....
To Elit - try to remove Jinxer from your msn messege, may solve the problem

Let me help you out Elit.. I have nothing to hide. Here is some of our logs....
1) 7-29-09 was the start of me asking to continue our save...
Elit says " not today "
2) 8-10-09 almost 2 weeks later.. when I havent heard from Elit... I again mention to him that we have a save and need to finish it.. NO reply if you notice from Elit
3) 8-14-09 I mention yet again, that I havent seen him lately and that we do indeed have a game we need to finish...... Elit replies.. " Next week after wednesday " I say NO problem see you next week.....
4) 9-13-09 Take note of the date.. its been a month.. which is 3 weeks longer then the week he said he needed.. and no word or messages from Elit.. I once AGAIN contact elit and suggest ( which is about the only true thing Elit has said so far) That since he is inactive and not around or available to finish our save, could he please atleast report the game? OR OR can we please finish game some time in near future I ask... FInally he replys maybe in 15 mins or later today......... And I tell him I cannot play on sunday its family time with kids but ANY time Monday - Friday I am available... He says OK SEE YOU THEN!!!!!
5) 11-10-09 No word from Elit until today almost 2 months after I last asked for game... and he says... " HI" and thats it.. Not asking for game or anything.. I am at work, and didnt see this 1 word message until much later.
6)11-25-09 (time = 9:22pm ) I once AGAIN ask to continue... NO reply!! SO I go to bed.
7)11-25-09 (time - 10:56pm) almost 90 mins later after I have gone to bed he finally replies and says maybe he can play 30 mins after that.
***** Special Note... This log was taken from my Home Laptop, and I do use my work computer to chat regular also, so there prolly are other logs... but this is an example of the fact I have made multiple and numerous attempts to finish, and Elit has not be as cooperative as he is trying to make himself sound.
I seriously dont want to argue, and dont want hard feelings, this has gotten far uglier then it should.. HOWEVER... I cant stand to be called a liar... so had to set things straight.
I am far more active in this community and in general then majority of people here including you Elit... I update maps page, now I have volunteered to update the tourny pages.. I have spent time to make maps for the enjoyment of my fellow players.. I am playing EVERY day a game with someone.. I have 74 losses.. do you HONESTLY think I care if I have 75 losses?? You really think I am avoiding you? You know how silly that sounds.
Bottom line.. only reason this game hasnt finished yet, is cause YOU havent made it possible.
Now enough of this and lets get BACK on Topic please.
Nice pic and smart "note". But "skip" part from logs is not very good move.
1.For example 1.09.2009 where I'm say "we can finish game next 2-3 days" and you come 2 week later to ask me for report game when you can simple ask for finish it.
2. You forget we did load Monday 15.09.2009 and did 5 turns!
3. You forget we have chat on 28.09.2009 and you tell you cant play. Its ok, you was in game but i was clear i'm looking for end save.
4. After i post in forum "I'm looking for you" finally you send me msg 11.26.2009 but its 4.22 AM for me and i don't think any one will reply this time. 5.56 AM i did reply and tell need 30 min. How many ppl in toh can wake up 6am for play heroes just to finish his game. Your msn was on-line 1h more after my reply but you not say word!
We did save few times this game. Every time we save because you don't have more time. Its ok. Few times we cant finish because you was in game with other ppl. Its ok too, but when i get Visitors for 2 week and cant play you cant blame me and ask for report you won. A lot more terrible is to act like child because you don't like how "i'm not attack you" and ask me for save when you have enough time for finish game and was on-line 2h after it.
Just pm me in msn when you have time for finish game. If you plan to make it 2-4am i can wake up for you, just tell me its early.

For starters it is utterly ridiculous how the previous thread was railroaded with all this crap. Almost as ridiculous as considering to resume the arguments in another thread. Infinitus, what's wrong with you? Trying to be the problem solver they didn't ask for are you?

Ooh trying to be a smartmouth. I was not aware that was what she intended with that thread nor do I even remember what the issue was right now. But I see once again a pointless drama, one of those that drive people away. Have we learnt nothing from the past? Vangelis used to make them too, much good it did him.

Its really better not to post for this game in old topic so i did my reply there. I'm not take it "against" Jinxer but how he skip part from logs and post only what he like is so much.

Drama ??? Elit addressed to TOH community for help, cos discussion between Jinxer and him ended with nothing. For month they can't find solution, and you come here and say - everyone shut up, go solve your problems elswere, this is not my business, keep the place clean

Here is the thing, and please don't take it wrong. At one time I was kinda naive enough to equate the ToH people with Honor and Integrity. I even looked up to them. Jinxer, Elit, Infinitus, etc. In my head they were all honorable players, who valued honor before victory.
Then I started seeing the 'drama' threads. Now I get that if somebody does something a bit questionable, that you should let the other players know about it, and that not everybody is going to agree with the original poster. I understand that. The threads never stop there, however. It always gets more and more drama. Then other threads are spawned because of it, and it becomes a mess.
Everybody is blaming everybody else in public, when the most that should be done is say this.
"Jinxer we need to finish X game, we haven't been able to get in contact with each other any other way. Please contact me."
To which a answer similar like "Yeah, been trying to get ahold of you, never could seem to get ahold of you either, message sent."
End of story. Instead of blaming each other. If one can't (or won't) continue the game they themselves should post "Sorry, unable to continue the game, I will post the win for you."
((Speaking of which Godulio..if you are out there...sorry about not being able to finish our game, my back just won't let me.  Drop me an HCM if you get the time.))

Below I transfered my post from other thread... ONLY because Elvin claims he will delete all posts from that thread and not really fair to leave only Elits and Infinitus Drama thread with there point of view and not mine...
With that said.. I am done being the puppet... Everyone else desires Drama and just likes to Drag Jinxer into it.. I am not sure why some of you people feel threatened by me to the point you feel like you have to try and tear me down or BASH my reputation or discredit me by starting all these dramas.
But regardless I SHOULDNT have to prove my self or defend myself every time. I earned my good reputation and should have earned plenty of respect over the last 10 years with all my play and dedication and work for TOH.
So continue on with your childish drama if you want.. but I am done playing your silly games. Mytical is right... we are all better then this..
