The Graphic Timeline
Being at uni, I'm stuck on what to do my final project for (I'm studying history). then I had a little idea
A 9000 word essay entitled "The graphic timeline: a short history of comics and their audiences." this will include, "Heroes of the ages: how certain iconic characters reflect the age of their creation", "Beyond the pages: a look at adaptations of the comic book characters", "Super-geeks: a glance a the fanbases of various characters and companies," and finally "final crisis: comicbooks anc controversy."
what do people think?

If anyone can do it, it's you! That is, if they authorize it as "history".
Then again, if Baklava can write an essay about vampires, why can't you make a project on comic books?

That'd be so cool, seriously. Just write 9001 and go "OMG IT'S etc. etc." or something less obvious but a reference would be so killer .

If I do go over the word limit... then yeah i will. but knowing my luck, it will be just over 8100 words. we're allowed a leway of 10%
