New Witches (WoG script)

You know how all towns have good and bad heroes, but almost all Witches suck? Here's a wogify script that introduces eight new ones. Again, it is optional - it doesn't change the game and you can simply turn it on/off in your WoG Options/Custom Scripts. It's also  compatible with my earlier Halflings script.

Feedback is welcome, especially if you notice some bugs. I'm aware some features are imba, but I'm more interested in the fun factor - meaning I'll edit only exploits. Needless to say, most options are intended for singleplayer.

As always, high quality. Tenehuini is a God, isn't him? Logistic, earth + starting slow + wood/ore daily, why not add a hidden offense skill and just let him bring havoc.

I only noticed a small problem, the install. IMO it is much better to have all the files go in right place when unrar the thing, and not rely on manual copy/paste. Specially when nothing is overwritten.  Why not create the right folders in the rar, so it goes easier?

Thanks. It's probably full of bugs.

It's a pun from Warhammer, it's actually teeny-weeny. Just like Itzii'bitzii, which is actually itsy-bitsy. The guys at Warhammer are fond of such puns. The names are just misspelled on purpose in order to be reminiscent of Aztec deities, because that's where the inspiration for Lizardmen came from. The rest of the names mean everything and anything: Gila is a venomous lizard, Glycon a snake-god, Gorn is a reptilian alien from Star Trek etc.

I wanted to keep at least an illusion of him being a magic hero.

A good idea, I'll do it next time I update or reupload the file.

They are indeed very powerful in your script, but this will be balanced by the awful skill/stats progression the game proposes to this class. Needs some testing, but nevertheless they are now MUCH more interesting to play.  A witch with darkness is awesome. Marry her to Tazar and he will explore around in all immunity.

I think Sotek will be a problem. Regardless wog options selected, the werewolves can be extremely powerful creatures, changing the type of creatures on hit. I remember in my map Alexander having a battle late game against werewolves and they simply annihilated my archangels, turning them in...werewolves. Annoying.

I know. To upgrade the starting 30 Gnolls to Werewolves you need about 7,000 gold - so it's at least a strategic dilemma (not much of a dilemma though). He should have been a campaign hero or something. Oh well. Like Ubisoft says - if you want a higher dificulty setting, play without autosave. x10

Yes, not a dilemma at all, a few bucks to be able to destroy early creatures and get treasure behind them is not big deal, providing also early experience and such. It would be interesting to have (not in your script, but in general) mods where only main  heros can get high powers (special upgrades, imba abilities). For example, enabling them at level 15-20, which could become a strategic choice at start. Should I go with Sotek because  at level 15 my gnolls become unstoppable or I choose  Tenehuini to develop faster? And so on.

Only an idea, arguing here is infinite. I already tested the witches and there is no error. The poison thingie looks great

The names of Pegasus famous trainers:

Coyne Flatt
Barb.B.Cue
Duck Graves
Andy Structible
Dr. Butcher
Chuck Wong
Richard Choppy

Great job, Vlaad!

But it is all giving me thoughts. What you just did to Fortress, Gnollking's New Heroes mod is trying to do to all of Heroes. Perhaps you should/could/might work together on such a thing?
Just random thoughts of course.
