i don t think that windows is the problem...wog 3.58f worked and still works fine with no problem(than the regular erm crashes  ).that wog crashlog.txt doesn't tell u anything?

Alustor, to play with alchemy you have to check the script in "custom scripts" box, wog options.

Same problem here. On Windows 7 wog works OK, but looks like TP mod can't. Having same problem like Alustor.

PS. And now... You can try to install the English version on the Russian... Such assemblage worked for me...

latest russian version than the english one?anyway also the main menu is in russian(i don t know if this is also a bug or the english version of the menu wasn t supposed to be in this english release)

I use XP, but the English Version doesn't work. I have 3 problems. First, h3wupd.exe gives me an error for part 2 in the installation.
C:\[HEROES 3 DIRECTORY]\Data\video.vid Size = 33752633
Critical error in file C:\Games\spill\Homm3 sod\InstallWoG\TESTING.BIK, install aborted
Error in action: Assign file
End installing with error
Second, the Alchemy and tavern script don't show up in "custom scripts" menu.
Last, the game gives me errors during WoGification, and then for the floating crystal it says "string not found"
I installed Russian, then English, but this does not solve #1 and #3. It also made my whole game in Russian. I could collect Alchemy Reagents, but I could not find out how to use them. The trading post also says "string not found". Otherwise, the potions work and the taverns do as well. I also get reagents by walking around.
Thank you, TPM team, for making this, even though it has some serious bugs. I hope that you can continue to make Homm3 live on.

FCSt1 can you explain this bug ? I can't run Era 1.8 and I run h3wog.exe. When creating random map it happens that. I downloaded bugfix but still like that

It is designed to work with ERA, not with WoG 3.58. Not a bug, but unknown commands for 3.58.

Haizz, but why I can't run Era ? When click to it, nothing happens. Or I must install that over WOG 3.58 ? (I installed it over WOG 3.58f)
