It's a pretty good line-up, but I don't think the Nosferatu really fits. Maybe something like Sea Vampire instead? The first three tiers I like, and the fifth tier... Blehh. It works, of course, but I think it's a bit overused. Of course, that's just my opinion. As for the Bone Wyrm, can you describe it to me so I get a better picture?

About sea vampires... I acually thought about that before, but I really don't like it... and lichs are overused, maybe a skeltal captain with a pistol? Also, bone wyrms would be these big water snakes that necromacers/pirates curses (depending on how the damned were made) brought to life.

I don't really like modern weapons in Heroes, especially for Necropolis... Maybe something like an undead Kraken? And for Tier Seven, perhaps it could be a plague water snake, and have an ability similar to Rot Zombie's?

The pistol won't be modern. Back in pirate times they had pistols, just really basic ones And I only see 6 tiers on the other factions (correct me if I'm wrong) though plauge snakes do sound interesting!

Arghh, I'm too used to 7 tiers. I meant instead of the Bone Wyrm, or possibly as an upgrade? And there were pirates long before pistols. It's only because of those people that made up "classical" pirates (wooden leg, eyepatch, parrot on shoulder, cutlass, pistol, etc.)

I'm updating my original lineup with upgrades. And I know guns might not work for you, they seem to work for the other factions. (Navy, Ironclad, Pirates). The Damned need a shooter and lichs don't fit so well, so it's captains I guess...

here's an idea for a shooter, straight from my original list.
the damned
those who lust for gold and forget their own lives pay a heavy price. their ghosts haunt the oceans, chained to chests, flinging the now deadly gold at their enemies whilst moaning "My treasure, my treasure!"
