Heroes II Editing
I've seen edits for Heroes III, but what about Heroes II?
It seems like the graphics and coding would be much easier to edit.

We've had success changing various unit stats, costs, etc. I'll be attempting some more sophisticated reverse engineering soon.

And there is a Mod at that link you can play for now, but if all goes well with what's being discussed there, your wish may come true!

I hope they'll manage to mod that game, an HOTA kind of update for Heroes 2 would be pretty sweet.
