Here is a basic changelog for replacing graphics

Then you need to make changes to txt files as well to match the new changes
you made for graphics.We are talking about over 100 def file that will
require hundreds of new graphics files.

It seems you have the old knight/elephant units which were smaller. They were resized.

I wasn't aware there is an enhanced version, Val. Where can I get it from? That's simple, just replacing a few defs. Thanks for noting!

First shot, with previous models:
Second shot, I replaced them all with those in the link you just posted. You will also note most of the changes I've done with Necropolis. That's not the complete lineup for them, they still have Vampires and Liches, just no space to add them here. The units you see are:
Skeleton Giant (Skeleton Warrior), Scarecrow (Wraith), Abomination (Mummy), Dread Knight, Bat Swarm (Diamond Golem), Blood Dragon, Dracolich.

The 32x32 must be placed in CPRSMALL.def (manually change the name to the unit to replace) and the 58x64 must follow same procedure but for TWCRPORT.def.
In general those are things a mapmaker/modder does before releasing something already finished, it is not worth to replace those pics for only a bunch of creatures, if it does not bother you too much to see old portraits when right clicking.

Hmm ...The pics in those file move a little too fast for me. I suppose there is a way to replace them. Just have'nt figured it out yet.

I think, ByteBandit don't know what to do with this portraits. And he is try to find way for just paste this pictures in LOD and play.

I guess he opened the defs I told him and noticed frames are switching fast. You have to extract all frames into a folder then replace manually the ones you want and repack them again into a def, make wog file and install. Usually the thing I hate most in Heroes modding.
But I hope soon a tool for automatizing that will be made. I asked for the good persons.

Yes to both since my last posr.
I'll play the new critters without the new pics in the town screen and so on for now until something comes out to put them in easier. I really thought there was an easy way to put the bmp's in the game. But I see there is'nt yet. It's not a big deal. Thanks for the responses.
