He IS already silenced. 
And you know, you'll have alot of time to post before the mods are made aware of it, they arn't here all the time.
Also I believe that they'll give a warning first and if he continue then he's banned/silenced...

If that is how you want it to work, why not just make your own forum and have it like that there?
It's quite nice that people get a lot of free room around these parts, in stead of mods who ban as soon as they get the slightest insulted, who people fear responding to because they might get upsed by a bad response and start banning. Which in principle would make the mods worse than those they protect against.
So appreciate the mods, and let's be the responsible users and let this thread go down the list due to inactivity and keep off topic to the wastelands.
(If it interests you how it should be, I suggest you make such a topic in the appropiate forum).
