You can travel on the right directly through(or by) the second artifact merchant until you get to water.Better fight the guarding monsters of the merchant,when you reach it,so you can upgrade artifacts later.

I think that some lines should be added to the hints (on maps4heroes) as to what to do after you get out of your castle. Most first-time players (including me earlier) do not know what to do and have mistakes like starting building structures in our town early 
Something like this:
- Visit shipwreck, flag gold mines etc... what you can to get more gold (> 50 000)
- Visit artificier (to upgrade artifacts) or battle academy to directly buy useful commander artifacts. Boot would be good (fast commander with abilities will clear monsters easier), next consider helm (just in case your commander dead). At least that's what I used.
- Begin attacking your enemy heroes around. Maybe Lord Haart, Gem, Orrin, etc...
- These early weeks do not build any more than gold structure (town hall, city hall ...) You fight with only the commander and henchmen.
- Of course, next aim for azure dragon in the scroll near the fortress.
P/S: I myself just restarted the game with necro. Like them skeletons in the late game 
However the first battles are too tough. Second henchman dies easily, sometimes the commander too. And not enough money to revive them.
The last time I play stronghold, the 1st henchman is just too tanky, he crush them all.

I am M2W2D7, got 3 emerald tower. But i have problems:
- How to get water orb (using pools,i tried many times but only visit siren) and air orb?
- Necklace of Tai Chi (i visit lighthouse 38/31/0 but did not get spectrum)

I recall I listed some hints HERE, didn't help?
Water orb, try until it goes on the other side. Yes, is tedious with all the whirlpools to be lost in. But it works.
Air orb, check in tower (click on skyship then orb is added to inventory).
Necklace: you must visit the lighthouse on a specific day (I think 7), and more than one time. It's a complicate quest, but it gives messages hints, read them.

Thank sal, i found the way to water orb.
Bug: when i attack dragon utopia 2nd time (has 400 Faerier dragon), game is crash with normal combat. With quick combat i couldnt win.

Yeah, but it has to have commands and instructions that will give a direction.

It does not have university commands, it is custom so will not help.
When need to find specific part of script (ie !!UR) in a folder, use Total commander tool/search.

Is there a knowed bug in the Palace of Dreams in the "Spells to cast after attack" page?
I was trying to create another page but I had an index problem. While trying to fix it I discovered that the original data (at least if moved for outside the mod so I could test it...) also doesn't work well, I can give the spells but they are not in the right order. Is this always happening?

I finished map in M4W1D3 (with Ghost). But, i dont know why it display "cheated" (may be when i defended in town against Gem end of turn. I cheated "frodo" to end combat because i want to see her other enhan, next day i reloaded !!!

That's true, Sal's links seem to be dead, I still have many mods&maps in my GoogleDrive (unfotunately, in rar archive). I made copies for you, so you can download only TDS; "TDS Original" for ERA TDS, and "TDS" for dr version.

First post has link to original version, which I recommend. Jim's version is very...far away from original, I would suggest playing the original first.
