I think he meant that no hero has appeared in exactly 3 titles. It is either 1-2 or 4.
I was lost in that sentence for a while too

Lord Haart was in 1, 2, and 3.
Alamar was in 1, 2, and 3.

I meant in terms of the 'number' of editions, not which actual editions.

Yes, I've already been notified that I missed out on Lord Haart, but Alamar wasn't in H1 as far as I can tell, not unless there was an expansion.

Play the Heroes 1 campaign. You get to play as one of four lords, Lord Ironfist, Lord Slayer, Queen Lamanda, and Lord Alamar.
