Are there any ways to do any of the following?
They all seem to be hard-coded into the executable, because there seem to be no related files, but PLEASE, someone, contradict me if I'm wrong about any of these as I'd really like to change them.
1. Strengthen Lizard Breeder specialisation (Sorgal [Ferigl]) bonus so that it not only changes the base changes Lizard Bite from 0.5 to 1.1 but improves the increase per level by 0.02 rather than 0.005. I want to change this 'per level' value, but there's no way in DefaultStats.xdb.
2.Nature's Wrath (FOREST_RAGE) is worse than its prerequisite, Battle Frenzy. It would be much better if it gave +1 initiative? Or would that be overkill? What instead then? Is there a way to change the bonus this gives, even if only to more simply increase it to either +2 or +10% maximum damage?
3.How can I improve Yrbeth's specialisation so that it regenerates an extra 3 per level instead of 2.
4.Master of Conjuration (MASTER_OF_CREATURES) does not give +4 power to Wasp Swarm or Summon Hive. Is there a way to change this?
5.Is there a way to make Master of Life (MASTER_OF_ANIMATION) also boost Arcane Armour (it currently does not)?
6. Is there a way to make the DeathScreamMultiplier affect Initiative (by 5% of the base amount per level, i.e. 15% initiative reduction at level 10, 20% at level 20 etc.), say, by using variables or something?
7. Improve Spectral Dragons' Cursing Attack so that it inflicts the target with Expert level Weakness rather than Advanced. Note that this would also affect Black Knights and Dread Knights.
...actually, I probably wouldn't want this because it would make the Expert level Weakness spell of Archliches pointless, but I'd like to know how to do it anyway.
8. Similar to Albolabris' question in that big topic with many replies, regarding sacrificial alters, how can I change the experience gained from sacrificing creatures at Inferno?
The external alters can be changed with these two lines: <SacrificialAltar_ArtifactCostOfGoldToExpCoef>0.5</SacrificialAltar_ArtifactCostOfGoldToExpCoef> <SacrificialAltar_CreatureHitsToExpCoef>3</SacrificialAltar_CreatureHitsToExpCoef>
but, contrary to the description in the description file for the Infernal sacrificial alter¹, it actually only gives 1 experience point for every hit point sacrificed! I expect this was for strategic balance (so that Infernal heroes could not achieve too high levels too quickly by sacrificing useless horned demons before the grunt upgrade existed), but at 1×hp, it's pathetic. Back to 3×hp, I say. So, as it is clearly already separate from the external versions, is there a way to change ONLY the inferno alter individually to 3×hp?
¹ This is because the description is for ALL Sacrifical Alters, but if they have different EXP rates, then the description in this file should really be changed to reflect that.
9. Actually, I'd wondered about this as well, but Albolabris has asked first - Shrines: how to change experience gained for barbarian heroes? So, the answer to this seems to be scripting only, but shrines can make Stronghold ridiculously overpowered by having so much free experience.
I played a game against the computer on Hard and while their main hero was about level 15 and mine was 17, my second and third heroes were at 12 and 13, FAR too easily. This must be stopped!

If some of them can be done, you need to edit the DefaultStats.xdb, if not, it can't help you. All you need (if there is anything) will be there.
