Hmm too bad.. It's awesome..
If youl like gunslinger style / the rough western life..
Combined with:
GTA 4...
I mean, Rockstars way of creating freelance games is still great..
A story line of missions, side missions, Huuge open country with beautifull envoirement, and animals..
So you can be a treasure hunter
sharpshooter
Animal Hunter
and much much more..
Huge choice of armory..
Slowmotion ;p
Everything gun-addicted people loves..

Looks like Grand Theft Horse imo.
I bought GTAIV and was kinda disappointed with it, never really got immersed in it. It really surprised me because it's been celebrated as best-game-evvar and everything.
Rockstar have never been able to create that "feeling" for me.

I quess its from person to person, whether the person likes violence and gangster-style or not..
I mean, GTA is king within the category's genre
I've played them since the beginning. And I must say that it was only when GTA 3 hit the stores I really jumped on the train.
It is violence with style, coolly, and you can relate many everyday things in the story itself.
And the same happens in the RDR, just in an older and more brutal time. Unfortunately, less violent, but still snowing nice with all the options you have.
But again, it is from person to person

GTA 3 sucked.
Vice city was great though.
San Andreas already a little, bleh.
Never even seen the 4 live...

GTA 3, yeah actually i just tried it again for the fun.. But i guess that i remembered it wrong! GTA 3 is bad in Story Line, animations, but i loved it as a kid..
Vice City is the best in the series.. So much new, so many Opp's, and so many cool references. (Tony Montana "Scarface") and (Carlito "Carlito's Way") Freakin Legendary!!
The game was the best in its time, and still rocks..
GTA SA was too big, too messy and too many opp's.. That took away the fun part. The cool references GONE!
The Missions and freelance playing is still the biggest and best pros about the game.. And ofcourse flying planes..
GTA LCS was a waste of money.. Fun for a fan like me, but still, NOOOO..
GTA VCS Was cool, not as good as the original GTA VC, but still awesome.
GTA I, Fun at the time, now boring as hell.
GTA II, Same as above..
GTA london, same as above above...
GTA Myriad Islands: Don't create mods.. Stupid stupid stupid....
GTA IV: Awesome graphics, and very cool story line.. Awesome controls and nice way to affect the envoiriment (Some would say copy Half Life / Gmod10) but i say inspired by..
Deserved the title as game of the year.. Very cool..
GTA TLAD: Fun sidestory, but nothing interesting here.
GTA TBOGT: This tops the crown of GTA IV.. So much fun, and brings alot back from the GTA SA, and also a great story line.. Worth playing.. Actually, this is the gta people is playing now..
Contains only pros..

Rockstar games have never been able to keep me interested for more than a week or so.
RDR managed to keep me interested the longest though.
