Lizard warrior, remember that we are making a 3 creature faction, not seven.
Other than that, we seem to be having a few evil factions this time around...

I don't think
Quote:
Round 2 - Something New:
Make a faction with a maximum of 3 creatures that allready appeared in ANY official homm before.
there must be maximum 3 creatures that APPEARED in homm

@sith: I allways need aprticipants! I'D be glad to have you in!
@gnomes: Lizard is perfectly right. This is about the number of old creatures, not the creature total, as the brackets should further explain:
Quote: Make a faction with a maximum of 3 creatures (if you use a different number of creatures than 7: 50% of your creatures -rounded down! may be old) that allready appeared in ANY official homm before.
SO, you perfectly can make a faction with 3 creatures, but THAN a maximum of 1 can be old

Just checking, it means one single creature not a whole tier, right?

What do you mean by that? ....seemingly the task wasn't as clear as I intended

Wait wait wait... I believe I did ask this question before, though I worded it a bit different...
Quote: Oooooooo, new faction time! And so few creatures... Does this include upgrades, or... Just to clear up any questions about upgrades counting as separate creatures (I'm sure they don't).
I believe your answer was:
Quote: You mean weather if you had gargoyle and upgrade it into obsidian gargoyle, would that be one, or two old creatures? It would only count as 1 old creature. Though new upgrades instead of known and used ones would be cooler and appreciated But they are not necessary!
So an entire tier could be old creatures, or you could just have one creature, allowing you to still have 2 more either way.
Woohoo for my memory starting to work again!!

Ah now I understand...creature and upgrade are not seperated here. So, on one hand, it doesn't count as two odl creatures when you take gargoyle and obsidian gargoyle in...however it DOES still count as an old creature when you have an old creature with a new upgrade - or vice versa! (like, sand golem turning into stone golem or such^^)
btw, 3 days to go, people

Hi. I started working on a faction, however I'm sure I won't be able to get it done by the deadline because of my exams etc. So I'll just pass, and participate in round 3 and then post my idea

Okay, if you say so...
round 3:
Pick one of the following terrains and build a faction living on it (it's the factions home terrain).
Bonus Points for surprising/unusual combination (f.e. Elves on Volcanic, Dwarves in Desert, etc.)
I'll beginwith the scoring soon.
