Quote: To get the procedure which explains what the hell is wrong with my back I need to wait in line for about half a year and then pay 90 euros for it. Did I mention how awesome our healthcare is?
For now it's painkillers, back massager and therapic massage twice a week. Also some folk medicine.

Here going to hospital means you are going to die. At least in 50% of the times. If your health problems not kill you the doctors sure will. For blood pouring the hospital almost always doesn't have the blood, and you have to buy it illegal (especially if you are from some rare blood type). One bank is around 250 leva, the Gipsies are selling it from their veins (they go to the hospital pretending to endow it to you after you pay them). And we are in the EU
And my problem, I have a lot to study, and I'm damn lazy in the last few days

In here only the death percentage is smaller. We're using the U.S. healthcare model, which means that only rich can have the best treatments.

Paying personally to the doctors here helps as well. If you got the cash and corrupt them with the right money amount they turn to medical geniuses, otherwise they won't really care. Or they all play on Dr. Hause (how cool and bad am I).

Perfectly illustrates my opinion.
I think that healthcare problems in all ex soviet nations are similiar. Except for Estonia maybe.

American health care strikes again!
But I think that places like Britain and Germany have better health care then here... Must investigate!
For the Brits,
Quote: Like most developed countries, Britain ranks above the U.S. in most health measurements. Its citizens have a longer life expectancy and lower infant mortality, and the country has more acute-care hospital beds per capita and fewer deaths related to surgical or medical mishaps. Britain achieves these results while spending proportionally less on health care than the U.S. — about $2,500 per person in Britain, compared with $6,000 in the U.S. For these reasons, the World Health Organization (WHO) ranked Britain 18th in a global league table of health-care systems (the U.S. was ranked 37th). However, there are measures by which the U.S. outperforms Britain: for instance, the U.S. has lower cancer mortality rates.

For Germany,
I got no specific tidbits like Britain. All I know is that Germany has universal health care, the oldest of its style, and that it does rather well for itself, though it spends the least amount of its Gross Domestic Product on it of any high-end developed European country.

You need to have a healing cocktail(Vodka, garlic and honey mixed, eat 2-3 spoonfulls a day) if you have a cold.
On other note, last night some jackass stole my car's battery.
