Questions:
-Will there be a replay functionality, for battles at the very least? (I'd hate to have started the whole Youtube replays thing and then be unable to carry it into HVI. )
-Will an internet connection be required to play the game in single-player mode?
-Are the developers contemplating possibly reintroducing alternate upgrades in the future?
-With the removal of random skill assignments, are steps being taken to ensure that a single "staple" hero build does not emerge to dominate the online environment?

Yes, it's helpful to gauge the priority of a question when multiple members repeat it.

If there is a replay function has it been improved a little? For example actually showing the atb movement when you cast haste/Divine Guidance/slow/whatever right now it's just in a fixed position so you might not always really get why he casted it (for example to get his stack of 9000 Champions to act before the Necromancer gets his turn). Oh and no more Arcane Armour bugs should that spell come arround.
Will we still have faction unique perks? Like Bone Ward for Necro, Dark Revelation for not good factions, Fortress Dwarven Luck, Elven Luck from Sylvan?
And yeah considering the very welcome fact that skills aren't "random" anymore I'd love to get to know ANYTHING about the new skills.

Oh yeah and I'd love to know something about the Arenas. I think I remember reading somewhere that they can actually get affected by "enviromental factors" (like getting flooded) or something of the likes. So any news regarding the battle arenas would most certainly be very welcome.

I find it bold to make a fantasy strategy game without elves, dwarves or dragons (winged ones at least).

Which is why planescape torment was so unbelievably amazing, it broke all conventions That said H6 is likely to include all those before too long Btw we do have dragons, just not in towns.

Off: Yes, Planescape: Torment is one of the most imaginative and interesting games ever produced, but it also sold badly. Not really a disaster, but not even close to the profits it deserved for such a creativity. Unfortunately more generic = more profitable in this case. Heroes VI has nothing to worry about though.

Most q's were already asked... but I wanted to know:
-Is there a plan in this moment for future expantions of H6?
-Will there be unique units, strictly connected with myths and legends present, even if not in their own castle? (eg. hydras, dragons) If so, what can we expect?

Sorry Cepheus, about my RMG question in the other thread I did not see this thread till I went and reviewed your "news-posts"

I'll echo El_Chita questions and about the bridges...add;
1. Will there be "bridges that can be sailed under?"
2. Will mappers have a more extensive "plant/flower/mountains" and "fillers"(non-functioning objects) etc. as object selections to aid in creating more diverse scenes?
3. Will mappers have an easy interface to work with in building a high quality map?
4. Will there be "combination artifacts"?
5. Will player/map-factions be able to be set to "true-neutral"?
6. Will there be a way for a mapper to add his or her own music or dialogue on the adventure map? (hint:this could be an option in the Event-function.
7. Will there be a map object like "Event from H3"?
<imo> This feature is NOT optional it is a must-have for mappers. 10+years ago it was an easy way for a new-map maker to do "great things" beyond a learning curve and for experienced map-makers? <IMO> A tool to aid in quickly designing, that saved time to allow the making-of more fine maps.

So, i think most of my questions were did already, so...
- There will be expansions? If yes, will Sylvan and/or Academy and/or Dwarven Fortress return? (and/or Dungeon, but I really don't care about this one.)
- Aside the 5th faction, there will be another new faction?
- Will Dragon Knights and/or Blind Brothers appear in the game?
- How many spells or spell-like abilities (knight's benedicion in H5, for example) there are?
- Combat musics. Do every faction gets only one, more than one, or all factions get the same?
- About dynamic arenas, aside the water level, are others things that affect the battle? I don't even wanna know what or how many, but if there are, or not.
- Still about dynamic arenas, it will be only in certain points of champaing/scenario or it's "random" like any time you fight in a beach the water level can rise or low.
- how many neutrals are there?
- will non-campaign heroes have diferent models, at leat to gender and even race? (it was very annoying a female djeen wizard look as a small old human guy...)
- There will be cinematics in the campaigns, texts (like H1-H4) or both?
- Can you explain more about hero advancement? And if the anwser is 'YES' will you do it? And if the answer is "Yes" again, when will you do it? And if the answer is "soon", how much time does "soon" mean? use days as metric unit
- Heroes Specialization. It's in or out?
- The good ol' "Hates [insert name]" ability will be back?
- Does Elrath has light dragons? And Urgash chaos dragons?
- There will be achiviments or trophies (just some medals or stuff like when you achive some thing, like "cause more than 1500 demage with a single spell". Like the achiviments in Mass Effect 2)?
- Hero trails will return? Will they disappear as fest as in H5?
- There are by any chance a giant-carnivore-plant like boss in the orc camapaign (if it takes place in Pao islands)?
And 2 very good questions:
- Tieru, will this guy appear?
- If Pao is the name of the island, what does Kai means in orcsh?

Ok got some. My most itching questions ever.
1: Will there be Werewolves this time around?
So many classical and creative mythological creatures (vampires, dragons, elves) and they have always been forgotten time and time around with the exception of the Wake of Gods mod for Heroes of Might and Magic 3, even then wolfmen was in M&M 6.
It would really be exciting to see such a creature rise up in your take on the M&M universe, would be a huge relief to FINALLY see werewolves in a HOMM game
2: Will there be any referances to the old world, Axeoths heroes, creatures world itself? Like that there could be some kind of technological marvel machine or secretly guarded magic portal that connects the world of Ahsan with Axeoth for example?
3: So how will the A.I be in terms of challenge and sophistication genrally? A though and annoying creep like in H2, H3, a cowardly defender from H4 or a cheating wacko from H5?

Just my top priorities:
1- The thing i love most about TOE was there were two upgrade for each creature. Will this happen after the release, with expansions again? I want them so badly!
2- The main problem for me is that the neutrals on the adventure map become to weak for my main hero after some point and that makes it boring. Will there be any solution to that?
3- The other thing is will there be any limit to my army size. Because that would solve the "one big combat at the end of the game only" problem.
4- Is the AI of the heroes better? Not fleeing at the beginning of the combat and so killing all their creatures?
5- Lastly: Please do not let the AI to cheat and have impossible amount of creatures and resources. The difficult part must be that the AI would play very cunningly.
