How was your week?

The idea of this thread is to make it easier to introduce the everyday image of ourself to the community.
Many of us probably live very different lives, influenced by many different cultures and what may seem trivial to you, could be very exciting for others and what seem very exciting for you, can be easily shared here.

Further more it allows for the possibility for you to look back upon your life and see how the outlooks you present to the world has evolved.

Basicly, the idea of the thread is that, if you want, state whatever you've done during this week. Really it does not have to be anything world breaking, super complex or brilliant. It could be, I used the entire monday at the library prepared for a test, then friday I think I did quite well on it... or maybe it turned out that you prepared for the wrong test.

What I'd also like, is that everyone, in stead of making a new response, simply updates there single post in this thread. That makes it much easier to find out how it's going for a given person and often, I hope, it can give a forewarning of the temper of different people, who may not have had such a good day.
Likewise it should hopefully reveal what interests us to a better degree, which can make interesting topics easier to make.

I always forget to update this... incredible it has been two months, that's eigth times in a row I forget to update.
Oh well, my week so far have been pretty great. Got a lot of work done. I'm so excited to show you all my program, when it's finished! I'm a bid sad about the lack of interesting activity and/or interaction around this place though. Maybe it's the change of weather? Or maybe there's something in the air?

Aye! Today I have a hand-in text assignment in English. Have to write about either Jamaica, New Zealand or Australia and their old population(Black Jamaicans, Maori people and Aboriginals). Problem is, I am suffering for a great writers block and got no idea what to write. And I got to hand it in around 14:00 >.<

Ok so this week I did nothing special, just finish work, watch and play some pokemon yeah I love pokemon. Ate at a restaurant called GotanGo a couple times with friends, almost had a fight there with the waiter... Happens everyday right? Also watched 2 movies at the cinema. Went to some religion classes which I enjoy very much and wont trade with anything. There still few days for the week to end though so will update if I was to live.

Work, work, work... Go home to play LoL and lose because of goddamned Leavers. Getting pissed off about it and coming here to raise Hell in the forum. Reading a book about my country's tradition before I sleep and repeat the next day.

Oh, I watched Serenity a few days back, great movie! Caught up with the Walking Dead issues I haven't read yet. Experimented in cooking lentils with spinnach, which uhh... didn't turn out so good.

Saw an old friend of mine, told me some bad news. Made me feel like an @$$hole, heh, for not having seen him and others for so long.

Went to eat a Western Burger at Palmie Bistro of my town's mall, onion rings too! Love those onion rings!

That's about it, I guess....

EDIT: Oh and tried playing the BETA for Rift. Didn't really like it...

Well, next week is Winter holidays, but I must say my class is bloody annoying me. We are suppose to have Geography test after the winter Holiday, but try to make this class choose a date to have the test on. These bloody snows just can't handle having more than one test per week! WHAT THE HELL?! In elementary on the worst, we had 4 tests A WEEK and sometimes TWO ON THE SAME DAY! And we still managed to ace the tests! Here, they can't handle having more than one test per week. If they have more, they end up failing both <.<

Sound a lot like my pupils. Even if I warn them like a month ahead that they are going to have a test, half of them turn up unprepared or forget their notes or whatever.

Sometimes last year we had two or even three tests on the same day.We could make one of the teachers postpone the test with our whining, but most of the time it didn't work
I'm okay with tests, I don't have to study that much at home because I know it well from class already, when I try not to get distracted from paying attention and it interests me,that is

My week was quite fine, it had really nice and funny moments and yesterday I did the biggest spam in my life. Anyway, today I had an exam in Ancient Greek grammar. The day started nice, they played one of my favorite songs on the radio, it was sunny... But the exam was a big disaster. We had to do 240 forms for 40 minutes (a thing that I can actually do) but the teacher was late with about ten minutes and that screwed up everything. He didn't even let me write my name on my second page. I didn't write some of the things (I counted that I have minus 36 points for sure). Being the best from all of my mates in Ancient Greek, they did much worse. And you would say that I went back home and rested, right? No such thing! I have ANOTHER exam in Ancient Greek tomorrow but this time it's on translating. We know for now a little more that 600 words. In the logic of the 240 forms, we may have 240 words, which will be the most sucking thing ever...

THis seems a nice thread. This week, for me, was rather "at-home". I wasn't out much, only once to buy me foods and such stuff. The rest of the time was mostly spend learning or being on the internet and similar activities...taht was the core part. But I think I got a BIT forward in learning, at least. I also spend not enough time for guitar!!! ...pretty boring week, I know^^

I went to play badminton Tuesday, after having been absent for several weeks. Not sure if it was due to lack of warming up or the absent - or both - and I sprained my back! Hurt like hell! Never got it before. Had to rest the whole Wednesday. Forced myself to go to church for Ash Wednesday, but sat on and got up from the bench each time like an old man with back problems lol, at least no wheelchair yet... Initially thought I'd have to rest til the end of week, but the UV lamp I have has been helping tremendously. And it's also nice to find out in situation like this you have attention and support from buddies at the office. Important meeting this Saturday, looks like I can make it.

I think the word "meh" suits it pretty well.
First of all the week started out with me being told I had not gotten the job, I had applied to and went to a job interview by.
Lots and lots of homework, reports mostly.
It's been cold, it's been snowing, it's been raining, and since my mood swings with the weather, I've been feeling down all week.
My girlfriend, or rather my fiancé haven't paid that much attention to me this week, god knows why :l..
All in all pretty snowty.

Remember that test I was talking about in my previous post. Just had it, and I think we did pretty well, in spite of having it the day after another important test(/sarcasm). Anyway today I shocked my class by telling them that they can remember everything the teacher says in class if they just use their computers to record what the teacher are saying. At first they were like "O.o have you being doing this ALL year?!" before they went like "WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA! THANKS *censored*!" Yeah, I'm smart

And then later today I finally decided to join that training studio that's not to far from my house and boy was it fun to finally work out! seriously, two hours with Gym(dunno what it is called in English, but its the lesson where you move around, run, jump, play football, and such stuff) per week is waaaay to little. Glad there is a training studio. Got a system all set and ready and a keycard so that I may come and go as I like. YAY!

Monday: Nothing special. School.

Tuesday: WW1 test in school. Had 13/15 correct answers. Annoyed, because I knew the 2 that were incorrect but they were tricky. They were: What did Germany have to do after WW1. 1: Pay 1 million dollars. X: Surrender all their ships etc. 2: Give all their factories to the US.
I answered 1, because I remembered they had to pay a huge sum. Well, I didnt look at the numbers and then realized that 1 million dollars is not much at all. It was X, but the question was tricky because the book only said they had to surrender their ships and not aircrafts etc.
The second incorrect answer was: What country implented the "New Deal" thing. 1: USA X: England. 2: Schweiz. I answered England, because it was a Brittish man that came up with it. Well, as it turned out, the US were the ones that put it to work. I thought the US was just there as a distraction, because it was to obvious to be the correct answer.

Wednesday: Maths test. Realized I had slept over and wouldn't make it in time, plus I had to walk to school today plus I realized that my grades wouldn't be destroyed if I was sick that day, so was sick and sat home.

Thursday: Same as above.

Friday: Well, tomorrow all Nine graders (9th grade is the highest in the Swedish elementary school, its for 15-16 year olds) will meet a survivor of the holocaust, who's called Mietek. Apparently he cries a lot during his speeches etc so this will be really interestng. Plus, I have never ever seen a jew IRl (for comparsion, I see muslims every day).

Saturday: Going on a birthday party. One of my best friends 16th birthday. Is gonna be lots of fun and I've got the perfect present - a children's book which is hilarious! MIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMI!!!

Sunday: Going to visit my mum, which I do not do very much anymore because of crappy internet connection which I am addicted too. Hoping to bake an apple pie!
