Need help with heroes 4 campiagn editor! Please help me out!
So I wanted to make my own campaign in the heroes campaign editor, but I cant figure out how to create another scenario that will come after the first one I made! Obviously you know when you play one of the campaigns there are multiple scenarios that come one after another, so once I am finished with the first scenario in my campaign how do I make the second one that I can connect to the first one? I know there is import scenario and new scenario but every time I click on them it seems like my old one has been deleted. I am sure there is a completely obvious answer to this but I just cant seem to figure it out. Please walk me through this so I can complete my campaign!

You're doing it right. The previous scenario is on the tab at the bottom of the screen.

Both work. It depends what you want to do. If you import a scenario, you're including a pre-done map. If you add a new scenario, you're starting a new map from scratch.
Yes, there are carryover options. Check out Campaign and Map Properties.

I'm so sorry but I don't understand the campaign and map properties. I clicked carry heroes out of campaign and then my hero did not. What exactly are the things I click to ensure that my hero will carry over at all and it would be great if he could carry over with his spells and stuff.

Open your campaign in the editor. Go to Campaign > Campaign Properties. Type your Campaign Name and Campaign Description (you'll see these in-game). Now go to Campaign > Map Properties. Type your Map Name, Map Description and Carryover Description. Toy with other options, choose whatever you like. If you want your hero to carry over his artifacts, go to Carryover Artifacts and check the ones you want (all?) in the lower window called Artifacts carrying over to subsequent scenarios.
Select the next map on the tab at the bottom of the screen. In the Object Palette on the right go to Characters > Heroes > take the last one (grey model called miscellaneous.Carryover_Hero) and place it on the map. Set his properties (Owner, Identity > Specific Hero).
Save and test.

They don't? Spells carry over automatically for me. Just tested with the Winds of War editor.

You were totally right! I have one last question (I'm so sorry I'm im getting annoying with so many you can just ignore me) but I tried to make a portal and when I tested it in game it said "problem with destination portal" what does that mean how can I make my portals work?
And thank you for all the help! I would never have been able to make my own campaign without your help!

You have to place an exit of the same color.
By the way, if you place more than two portals of the same color, the player can choose where to exit.
Finally, make sure the exit isn't blocked by trees or rocks.
