ToH now turns 12 :))
Well, its crazy to think that I've been running ToH nonstop for 12 years, starting with addiction to homm1, then playing homm2 in the oracle league, and then starting my own tourney on the launch of homm3.
I still say the good old days was homm3/microsoft gaming zone, when multi was relatively balanced, and the multiplayer matching system was quite ideal.
Homm4 brought no multiplayer for months, and a broken one later until it was perfect about a year after launch.
Homm5 again brought broken multiplayer on launch, and was only playable after the 1.4 patch, and finally truly complete when ToTE came out.
So I hope for great things in Homm6, that maybe a second Golden Age will come of it -- Good multi on launch, user-friendly matching online, and a fun game. I'm beyond excited about the game.
ToH of course, will continue running with a new season and new look for homm6, and I hope this will be something I can get back into, playing multi for competition like the good old days.

Congrats! TOH let all other leagues, Oracle, Isle, in the dust. Wish that Mocara and Alkis still be here, to see the exploit.

I am proud to be a huge part of the community & TOH since 2001.
I missed out on some of the golden age.
I guess you can say I came in the silver ages.
Good times.
You forget Rob, there was a time where you stepped down for a season when you got fed up with the BS whining & Crying.
When Amanda & Sapphire Ravyn took over the MAH/TOH Merge.
Amanda Brought it to hell, so you coming back was a dream come true, then Heroes 4 came 
Yes we all knew Mocara would not play forever

It never worked as much in Heroes 4 & heroes 5.
Maybe with Heroes 6, we can get more of the golden & Silver age players to join in the mix with the NOOBS of heroes 5 
I think it is time to show these heroes 5 NOOBS How strategy is really done
Got to love the competition & friendly rivalry
Man I miss playing Fortress on heroes 3 lol.
I know only one person who was as good as me!

wow, 12 years, i haven't played an active online game in years, but i still like to check up on the site once in a while. i still love this game, but only play multi with my 14 year old son. still if 6 is good i might try my hand again, never know

Hehe we can use more female players.
My Idol Heroes player has always been Pandora.
No one will change that.
If they can have some awesome 2-2 matches, we can do that.
Some of my best heroes days was playing 2-2 or 4-4 etc

You bet selcy. Online is the best way to learn, just takes a little patience since you are bound to be thrashed a few times in the beginning Still it's better to start multi than waste time training in single player or playing other newbies, the experience is entirely different and you'll learn at a much faster pace.
Now if you could get some hotseat time with Acu, that would be a blast
