is it me or the duel heroes are weak?
not that it is a big problem of course.
the 3rd one only had 3 attack and defense. I was against Irina, needless to say I stood little chance, she crushed me in less than 3 rounds, I could barely hurt her.

Maybe that's because I didn't really make duel heroes, they're the Academy ones. I only changed the quantities of the creatures appropriately for their growths. However, I also played duel mode but didn't find those heroes weak.

I won with the 2 first heroes. 2nd one was ok actually. 1st one had a decent army but bad spells (apart from teleport). with the 3rd one I could do nothing, but in another hand, Irina is probably one of the strongest duel heroes.

I've not downloaded this town yet, but from the screens It looks good, although are you going to badly improve your mod? I read that you are going to do the balance, but what about graphics?
I'm not tellin' that they're bad, but you know - everything can be improved.
Besides, we have Conflux in H5!

I've already done the balance, actually. Haven't you noticed the link to the balancing patch?
I don't think graphics need to be improved. I would say 'leave well alone'.
I managed to add a new town slot using hex-editing. It works, but there are two general issues:
1. 9th town isn't selectable from menu. It can't be generated as a random town either and I think that adding it to the random town object wouldn't work, didn't try though.
2. Special buildings don't work at all (btw look at the racial building button, it's ritual pit).

I did not mean that the graphics are bad - they are so good, but everything can be improved, but you are quite right...
Leaving those graphics like this will be better than improving it for next several months without taking a look for whole mod.

Does anyone have a RPE compatible version of this? I tried to manually delete files that I thought may fix the issue like skills.xdb among other files that may conflict with the RPE but i'm very new at this so i'm just experimenting.

You can try doing what magnomagus said in the RPE thread, I'm not exactly sure if it will work well though. I'm not familiar with the RPE.

Some questions about the mod:
1. What is the specialization of Pasis? It wasn't the specialization of one of Wizards, and it didn't explained in mod.
2. Do you mind... (deep sigh) if I try to make some corrections in a mod together with translation? For example, to make the Conflux close to the original, I'd like to add Energy Elementals the ability Flyer and the teleport animation. Of course, I'll do a simple translation, too

2. I'm not sure whether such changes make sense... Anyway, do what you want, just let people know about the differences in your version.

I'm not sure, would it be the right change or not, too. Just want to have the greatest possible equivalent of Conflux from HOMM3, as I said before. It may be not the best variant for the balance, ofc.

I don't get it. when conflux was released, I think that most people thought it was crap, and now, everyone wants an exact remake of the town in H5??

I know I might be refreshing kinda old thread, but I've encountered a problem while playing with this mod.
Each time I enter battle, the game crashes - everything else works just fine. What might be the case?

Does it crash on every battle or just on some?
Any conflicting other mods?
Is there a creature which has no cast animation but can cast spells?
Normally the game crashs when there is a unit without cast animation and modders give them spells.
Summoning spells in units dont workt too (most of them).

does the mod need tribes of the east expansion pack?
Yes, it does but it doesn't matter, the mod is awesome!, thanks for making it, Consus. However, I encountered one bug: storm elementals were shooters on one map, but are unable to shoot on a different map.
