I personally know what everyone is pining about, the new art direction is a great improvement and i find all the factions to be ten fold better than those in heroes 5.
If Heroes 6 is Duke Nukem, then the girl is the fanbase.

Clearly Duke Nukem stopped playing after H4, since that was the last game to feature everyones favorite aliens; the Kreegans.

Listening to what people say results in a product they cannot use, do not want and do not need.
So it would be rather unjustified to just slag Ubisoft and Blackhole. Slag the entire industry if you must. But don't claim that other big companies like Nintendo or Blizzard-Activision don't follow similar paths.
