good old duel with modded factions
Elvin's map with 4 new factions replacing academy, stronghold, inferno and dungeon.

Crossbow 2-6dmg from 2-8
Marksmen +1 to the range of precise shot
Battle griffins pack dive take half a turn. frenzy adds +75% damage
Inquisitor exp haste due to the nerf of the basic spell.
Seraph 30-70 dmg from 25-75. Also exp dv due to its nerf.
SYLVAN
Sprites 2-3 dmg like dryads. check the change for wasp swarm.
Wardancers +1 speed
Wind dancers get 1 def per tile from two.3-5 damage
Arcane archer 30% def reduction from 50% force arrow.
Master hunter 6 defense, 4 attack, 11 init, 5-9 damage, no melee penalty
Druid elder adv stone spikes from basic. +1 HP
Savage treant forest rage gives +3 init from 5.
NECROPOLIS
Skeleton archer 2-2 dmg, 2 att, 2 def, scatter arrows
spectres +1 speed
Vamp lord minor dmg boost, +1 speed, 70% life drain.
Vamp prince 2 torpor factor from 3, lasts 1.5 turn from 2.
Banshee +50% wail.
Ghost dragons adv sorrow from expert.
FORTRESS
Mountain guards +1 max dmg since they are a LOT less defensive than shieldguards.
Whitebear fear factor for small units nerfed.
Berserkers +5 hp.
Bash factor reduced.
Flamestrike 100% dmg from 120%.
Lava dragon liquid flame boost, +5 att. Now has 35/35 whereas magma has 30/40.
ELEMENTALS
Water elementals adv mastery on circle of winter, back to 100% of damage from 30%.
Earth elementals +2 init.
SKILLS
Banish 15 dmg per lvl from 10.
Retribution 4% per morale from 5%.
Ignite does 20% dmg per turn from 33%.
Consume artifact takes 33% init from 25%.
Imbue arrow takes 10% init before it is used.
Warmachine hp boosted.
Stormwind gives 20% init penalty and -1 speed from 20%, -2 respectively.
Corrupted soil does 4 dmg from 3.
barbarian luck gives +15% magic resistance
fog veil -10% init, -15% damage
mana burst 13xlevel
mobile machines +2 speed to mechanical units. +2 ini to battle mages
master of storm atb x0.6
lucky strike : +50% damage
good / bad morale : +/- 0.33 atb

Spell Changes
Haste/slow affect initiative by 15-20-25% from 20-30-40%.
Mass buffs/curses now give 3-5-8 instead of 6-9-12.
Confusion/Deflect missile both give 50-60-70%.
Divine vengeance has been nerfed.
Likewise for word of light and curse of netherworld.
Puppet decreased duration 0.2 per power from 0.25.
wasp swarm no mastery decreases atb by 0.15

The skillwheel is essentially unchanged.
hellfire is a destructive magic perk and requires consume corpse.
quick gating is a racial perk. all perks that required hellfire now requires quick gating, except searing flames and demonic retaliation.
insight requires destructive magic (well, I think)
info about creature abilities :
celestial presence = presence of the commander
forgotten = demonic
call storm : damage reduction = 0.005 per unit
divine guidance : nerfed word of the chief. doesn't deal damage
blade barrier : 75% protection against magic and range attacks. returns 100% of all melee damage.
heavenly shield : immunity against instant death effects
I hope everything works fine, tell me if you find something that may need to be fixed.

I could have merged them all into one. I don't think it would make it a lighter download.
you can't have them separately, because the RPGStats, Skills and HeroClass files are common to every faction.
actually, it would probably work, but you would play the original dungeon with the skillwheel of the nexus for example.
