Faction Creation
I Challenge everyone on the forum to make the most unique and creative faction that would fit into Heroes VI. Pictures can (and are strongly advised)be included. Good Luck and stay on topic!

does it have to be a new faction or could it also be an old faction,that is just not included in H6?

I like, re-made it a couple times, and I'm still working on it.
Can't really do much more until we know a bit about the H6 hero/skill system though.
Oh but I'm not entering any competition or anything, just felt like showing off

Faction creation is about fluff and such, you guys.
Not necessarily game mechanics (unless you actually plan to mod the game someday).

I am in. I might lack time, but I'll see what I can do.
How Heroes VI specific are we? Just tiering and mechanics? Or complete setting as well? Cause I'd like to do something that would be set in a possible Heroes VII.

I was actually looking for a thread like this. I have an idea, I think its interesting, but You will judge it. There will be no numbers or pictures involved(maybe after I get to know few more details about Heroes VI mechanics), but sketch is something I can provide within few hours.

Granted, it'll only be rough sketches but still, gotta make sure I respect my vision.

Perhaps new thread would work better? I'm stuck with champion creature, plus I need to review descriptions' grammar. Hours may turn to days... well, hopefully with better results. Lets give Ubi's tactics a shot(couldn't resist).

My Dome faction is by far my favorite faction that I've created. That was a ton of fun to make. It's not emo/dark/gothic though, hence it automatically wasn't popular (yes, somewhat bitter), plus for H6 it would be somewhat redundant to have two water factions, even though Dome has a water/technology theme whereas Sanctuary seems to be more of a water/divine theme.
So of course, my solution would be to scrap the entire Sanctuary faction and replace it with Dome, which is much better
