Much appreciated. Also, new update-I finally chose an avatar! I couldn't decide if i had to have one nobody else had, and I decided I liked this one enough that even if other ppl had it, I didn't care.

About the avatar. Well to me it's not as much as how many uses it as who uses/used it.
Winterfate used to use that one, not that I really knew a lot about winterfate. He's the architect behind the pokemon role playing game going on in this forum, which is the currently, without doubt, clearly, despite what anyone might tell you, best thread at heroes community. As such that avatar gives you quite a lot of responsibility!!

[To Ohfor] I appreciate that, hopefully I will successfully stand out on my own. I couldn't find an avatar that really stuck out to me, so I chose something that appealed. Perhaps there were too many browns and greens in the icons that just kind of blurred together ni an indescribeable and indinstinct way. At some point I will really scour the net for something that speaks more to me. That will have to be sometime after another 25 posts or so.
[To William] Thank you for your welcome. And thank you for the compliment on the thread. Just felt like with all the rpgs and everything else nobody had managed to do it, so I decided I would.
As for sticking around, would be strange for me to do all these things and just vanish lol. I know many have, but I try not to worry too much about the things that other people do or do not succeed at. You can never know the limits of your own success when you only guage yourself against others. Perhaps you cannot get as high as some others in certain arenas, but then there will be some that you can surpass others in , as long as you just focus on what you can do, and not try to shoot for the goals of anyone else. Every one of us is different. Guess I just really am grateful for that.

[To William] You are probably right about the post count, but will be a good long while if I don't get a QP, which from my understanding, are simply incredibly rare...
I am more concerned at this point with keeping my post count lower, strange as that sounds, as at the moment, I am only five days a member and I am almost out of posts today...  It means I may only get to operate in one big conversation a day, or just a smattering of posts here and there. And that is WITH edits... I think if there was something keeping track of edits, it would show my edits at a higher count than my posts...

Well a lot of people just get busy and vanish that way or they get bored. After all, it's just a forum so I can understand having wanted to leave several times myself. Just have as much fun as you possibly can by talking to some real interesting people on here. That's what has kept me here as I've made a fair few friends on here and I'm sure you will too.
You'll probably see your post count get to about 1000 in no time.

Well, the forum limits are somewhat unfortunate. It should be obvious to anyone that you're not a spam-bot. You really write some nice posts and that shouldn't even be a requirement, if you ask me. 20 posts limit is very randomly choosen and it's really too bad how there's at least not tests in if other numbers might be better.
If it was up to me, I'd simply give moderators a button to remove the 20 post limit from users. Then when it's obvious they're not spam bots, limit removed. Those who need more than 20 posts get more, and those who doesn't need more, at least have the freedom to post more.
If you want easy qp's, I suggest you start dreaming about heroes 6, because creating your own factions with some pictures copied from different sources is one of the easiest ways to get qp's! Much easier than writing incredible smart posts, etc.
I think it's like this, because where qp's are most of all subjective, every user here is likely to have at least a small connection with heroes and most likely the moderators of exactly the heroes boards are likely to find heroes interesting themselves.

Hrmm...well that is kinda a bummer... I not only have not any idea about Heroes 6, but I have only ever played 3...guess ppl are gonna just have to like my posts enough to suggest I get qp's, and see if that works. Aside from that, well, just have to work with what I have, since the VW is not really my thing. Oh well. At least I have a thread going that people are enjoying!
Edit: Wow! I aleady am over 50 posts!
Edit 2: MUCH better title under my status! Especially since I have been writing a story in the choose your own adventure thread!
