Just a quick Sylvan idea:
Core
Huntress - Predator
Mantis - Feral Mantis
 
Winged Prowler - Sky Stalker
Elite
Jungle Leaper - Quetzalraptor
Druid - Hierophant
Unicorn - Majestic Unicorn
+ color (bigger size)
Champion
Dendroid - Treant
can do more info, if you want(description, abilities, etc), don't know if you still discuss such faction ideas, been away for a while, don't really have much time now...

I'd drop the Blade Dancer and the Fearie Dragon.
Also that Unicorn is not a Unicorn but a Kirin, it's got scales.
Images like that will pop up if you type: Kirin into google and click images (presuming you've got reasonable filter settings) aprox 90% of the first thirty or so images will be scaly unicorn/deer-like creatures.
And we already got a Kirin, just a more Dragon-ish one like in traditional chinese temple scultpures.
Despite that, greatly improved over the HoMMV version I'd say.
Nice, I like all the other creature choices.

It is merely a vague idea of a shadow of Sylvan, not so in to it, I am currently working on another faction: Swamp, a little H3 style Fortress, but not that town at all, very different, and about this Sylvan i just wanted to show my idea.

Nice, I just dont like the mantis. Why dont you put pegasus instead? Its nicer and it can also fly

Falls a bit out of tune with the faction though.
I'd say the Mantis is a better fit.
Currently it's:
Ranged
Heavy Melee
Flyer
for core, which is a nicely rounded core.
Quetzal Raptor is very cute and though it rubs me the wrong way I cannot really fault it, I'm going to actually say it'll make a good fit despite my own personal feelings.
It's the Fearie Dragon I still feel could do with some replacing, it seems an odd core creature choice, a more feral looking sprite would be a better core flyer I'd say, once you add the word "Dragon" you're disqualifying it from being a core creature, or even an elite, I don't care how tiny it is.
Less Dragons = Better Dragons and the Fearie Dragon undermines that concept in every possible way.

It feel a little bit to much Aztec in my opinion (I'm thinking about orc here) but somehow i like it doesn't feel odd outside off first point maybe because they are cool concept in this faction. I like leaper and prowler.
I'll make a suggestion maybe try to find forest/earth alternative for the creature that look Aztec (just a suggestion don't mind me if you like it the way it is)
But again i like you're faction cause form what i read it seem people want a more bestial sylvan and you found a good bargain here

You know, for all the amazing creatures we seen in Sorceress/Rampart/Sanctuary/Sylvan over the years, I don't think I've once seen a boar, despite the facts that, A) The forest is their usual habitat, and B) They turn up in Greek, Celtic, Norse and Hindu myth.
Also, why - if this is meant to be exotic - are we still seeing elves?

QFT, Boars are my favorite temprate woodland animal, they are amazing creatures with speed, power and even majesty.
They are animals that deserve respect, few things are as intimidating as a giant fantastical boar.
Sadly, I wouldn't qualify it as "Exotic" for this faction, there seems to be a tropical vibe here.

Well wild boar used to range as far south as India and Thailand, so they weren't exactly limited to temperate forests. Alternatively, you could go with the even larger Giant Forest Hog.

Yeah, and Unicorns and Dragons, and possibly Fairies, but I don't see those in the lineup (that 'Unicorn' is, as you stated, a Kirin/Qilin).
