Name: Dran
Color: White
Description: An inexperienced cleric, Dran was. A fairly recent convert, actually. He was sent on a mission to assist a couple of the elder members heal the sick. Mentally sick, it turned out. As they arrived, the person they were there to help darted at them. The elders fell to the blades the sick one carried, and then he went for Dran. Shock and fear, then everything went quiet. Dran thought he had been killed, but after a few blinks, he saw the sick man on the ground. The silence was still there. The thoughtweft that he was so used to had vanished. This frightened him even further. He ran. Ran from the village he had lived. Ran a great distance more. Eventually, he wanted to know what had happened to him, and began research where he could. He figured it out, and soon got used to the idea of being what he had become. He has yet to be able to reconnect with the thoughtweft since.
Dran hardly ever takes the time to deal with his appearance, so is usually seen with his unkempt brown hair and clothing. He was on the short end of the kithkin population, but was no shorter than any other. He gets along well with others, despite his appearances, and loves helping them out.
Bonus: Creature Master

Bonding. As mentioned it takes 24 hours to bond with a land in order to tap its mana. Now with creatures (non humanoid and 'non intelligent' creatures) it requires one of two things. Killing..or touching it. Once you have killed a creature .. you can summon one copy of it..the same with touching a creature. However, if you use the touch option..you can't touch it again to get another 'copy' (ie it has to be a different creature).
With 'intelligent' creatures or people..a friendship must be established, or again..killing will do. Just keep in mind that they will be resentful if that is the case..not that when summoned they can do anything but what you tell them. Now as for those who use dark magic (ie swamp) then they have the option of calling them back as an equivilently strong undead. (Ie 1/1 creatures as skells, etc).
Note: In case anybody is interested the Lion that Dran just added to his 'library' is a Savanah Lion.
Also..planes walkers can not kill things directly (yeah it doesn't make sense, but meh) so in order to defeat something..you have to use creatures, spells, etc.

*nods* This is going to be 'turned based'..to fit more the card game. Ie you act, anything your facing act, etc..however..you never have to worry about drawing the right 'card'. Anything in your library can be accessed. While you can only put one 'land' into play a turn..but it will untap unlike what I was going to do (ie 24 hours).

So, question... If I want to play and use that forest I have in my deck, how do I do that? What would happen on the world map?

Yeah in the 18th century, two inventions suggested a method of measurement. One won and the other stayed in America.

Nothing. It won't change the physical place. You can tap it for mana, but basically think of it in a 'pocket dimension'. Eventually it will 'regenerate' and you can tap it again..but it takes awhile when not in 'danger' (24 hours unless confronted by something that is dangerous). Creatures also only stick around that long..or until 'defeated'.

And does the land count as part of the 60? Would we break our bond with land to make room for other things, even different land?

Yes, land counts as part of the 60. However, keep in mind you CHOOSE which cards to 'discard'..you can also chose to forget any 'bond' at any time..thus discarding that card..without waiting for the number of cards to be 60. You also don't just 'lose' the card. You still have it, it just can not be used or invoked if not part of the 60. You can trade cards between the two anytime when not in combat...right before combat you can also only exchange cards between your sideboard (15 cards max) and your 60. So if a threat is approaching .. you can't just move any card from your stash to your 60..it would have to be in the 'sideboard'.
Hopes the above makes sense.
