Yea I lost my job back when I was like 19 years old because I kept yelling at an employee for not doing their job lol.
yea the Manager does not have to have a legit reason to let ya go.
Sometimes the company may be losing money & they need to let go employees.
Sometimes you are too slow to learn or do not behave within the rules.
Sometimes it gets personal & they mistreat ya then fire ya when they dont need ya.
There are bad & good managers out there.
You got to be careful what ya say when you fill out applications.
Just like if your applying for GA etc, what ya say may hurt ya.
like if you say you TRIED Alcohol before. Then EVERY Manager will think your an alcoholic.
So sometimes you HAVE to lie to get the job or keep it.
Alot of times they wont check if you got a criminal record, unless it is a great job where they need to check.
Basically, think of yourself as a manager & think of the kind of person you would hire.
Sometimes you are over qualified with diplomas & Degrees.
It gets interesting how they hire & fire ya.
Good luck buddy, I hope it works for ya.

I've never lost a job, but I've never found one by myself either, but I'm sick of searching. they tell you you have to work or you are a social sponger, and when you want to work, they don't want to give you one. it's just completely silly...
