ok I whenever I move my cursor in homm3 I get this split line across my screen and it happens in map mode as well I am on windows 7 64 bit if anyone wanted to know, Can anyone please help me with this or provide me a solution? Help is greatly appreciated.

Try using HD mod. It might fix your video problems. Also try swittching off aplications that could consume lots of memory/CPU. If it doesn't, then it's possible that your video adapter or driver is somewhat faulty.
