Multiplayer in next beta
First of all, thanks UBI for allow forum people in beta.
I wonder why in next beta are no real online multiplayer test, hot seat mode is great, but not too many people play it this days. This mean UBI will not have global statistic from beta like - people playing haven win 2000 games, lost 5000 vs Necro, but win 4000 and lost 1000 vs orcs ... No real multiplayer test will lead to poor multiplayer balance in final product Please notice, dear UBI, i will buy the game only if H6 will have good multiplayer ...

Recording a bunch of noobs fighting on a beta that is supposed to FIX balance issues doesn't really seem like a good idea.

Even noobs fighting provide some useful information. And for good players couple of days, weeks are enough to not be noobs anymore. Don't want to take in consideration noobs statistic ? Enable then ranking on UBI server and take in consideration only statistic of medium, hi ranked players. And how about to test multiplayer server in real conditions, under heavy load ...

Maybe in the later stages of the beta they will allow people to test Conflux etc but now they want to focus on eliminating most of the ingame bugs

The bugs do not seem to be too many even in the early build that we've just played while the balance is a disaster. And I can't see what is the problem to have these two things fixed simultaneously.

let's not overgeneralize and exaggerate! the BUGS were not that many! they were a lot but not so tragically. maybe you are talking about things that are not perfected yet but not actually bugs

Haha, ok I will. But by the time I've finished typing them, everyone we know will be long dead and HOMM43 will be kicking it in glorious 4D.
There were a lot of bugs though. Hope the new beta is stable enough to finish a map.

Don't know about you, I never encountered any game-breaking bugs and those that I did encounter were less than 20 (roughly). Not that I have more than several hours of gaming in total though.

Mine was crashing all the time. AI turns would hang halfway through. The graphics engine would give up and I'd see a screen half H6, half windows desktop. It would just randomly exit for no apparent reason. It would freeze and I'd have to ctrl-alt-delete. It wouldn't let me play Inferno. It would show me AI battles during enemy turns and then say I was defeated although I couldn't control anything. Adventure map buildings, creatures, even my heroes would sometimes just disappear into thin air. Battles would suddenly end in victory for me even though I was only halfway through.
When it was working my computer handled it better than I expected, good frame rate and stuff. However, it quite often didn't work.
