it has crazy mana steal
reason I won the game was also because it drained all mana from opponent fast (so I was the only one casting bloodlust )

Was just attacked by an AI hero with 200 Attack skill.... Yeah even the AI knows how to abuse the arena bug !_!

Now my question is, if the above is true, then is this 1.1 patch a recent build, or is it a patch they released specfically for the public beta.
That doesn't make sense to me. Why they'll release a beta for us to test if their latest build has nothing to do with it? To give feedback on something that may have not much common with the latest version is a waste of time...
Agreed it makes no sense. They give us a build that is even more bugged than the private beta build (we didn't have the arena bug), they give us a build with bugs that should NEVER have made it to a public beta (magic attack not boosting spells ? creatures being able to have multiple good morale in the same turn ? being able to upgrade units in secondary cities that don't have upgraded dwellings ?) and then they ask us to check the balance ???
And they dare to tell us we're playing with an older build in which they didn't bother to fix most bugs ??? That's seriously f*cked up.

That's not an argument in its favour, it's still useless against everything which is not a Magic hero and undoubtedly the worst Elite in the game. It does nothing against neutrals and if your opponent does not rely on spell points to do something, you're always better off spending the money on something else, whatever it is. I'd decrease the mana drained per hit and improve everything else.
By the way am I the only who thinks that the creatures with Light Vulnerability currently suffer too much against Haven?

No seriously, I couldn't end any of the games I begun becouse there was some crazy bug like opponent has 211 atk or levels twice as fast as me. Only campaigns are working at this aspect.

I had a bug last night where it made me fight the battle in the arena twice.
Incidentally, it also gave me the arena bonus twice. So that was kinda neat. But at the time it felt very tedious.
Do we have a status on the patch notes, if any?

Did they change the growth of everything? I play vs myself to test various things. My fully build Haven town with one core dwelling + 3x Architect 1 skills gave me 5 Angels, 7 Imperial Griffins, 8 each of the other Ellites and forgot about the core units.
And player 2, Inferno got 5 Pit Lords, 8 Breeder Mothers, 7 each of the other Elites, 23 Lilim, 24 Demented and 18 doggies =/ (Also fully build with 3x Architect 1 skills)
If they gonne cut the growth the hero strike gonna be too powerful, it's already too powerful if you got archery 2 as it gets stronger each time the hero/unit uses a ranged attack. My stack of 22 Skeletons did over 400 damage at one point
Edit: Irina on the new video says Architect reduces building cost (when selecting Architect 1 =/) But Architect 2 reduces building cost by 20%

-> AI experience multiplier is faulty... again. It was fixed in 1.0. I kinda missed those lvl 30 predators.
-> Charge with no charge still hasn't been fixed.
-> A Computer Player is capable of fleeing even with bigger army.

Heal is crazily effective against 3/5 of the factions. Personally, I'd like to see the damage cut in half - both on heroes and Vestals.

Yeah, you have to logon in the launcher that comes up when you start it from steam.
Kinda snowty implementation, if I may say so. Doubt the patch comes from steam automatically like most games, probably have to check the launcher.
