I'm dissapointed by H6 Necropolis:So I decided to make my own necro proposal
...so I decided to post my own proposal.I made it to can match with the other necropolis(different creatures/environment and opinions about other undead)
Catacomb
Aka: The TRUE necromancers,the undead
Associated colors: Black,Grey and White
Worship: none.they control the death,they control the life,they're gods
Country / kingdom:a lots of underground tunnels,also known as the Catacombs
Capital city: Shadow-Gate
Motto:"Death isn't the end...but only the begging"
Key symbols: the hourglass
Main Character:Sandro

Environment
While priests of the spider choose the wastelands of Heresh,necromancers choose the underground,building catacombs all over Ashan under all important nations.The catacombs are truly labyrinths with hundreds of tunnels and passages which serve as a defensive system against the any curious army.Often the few of armies which are enough courageous or mad to enter here,will be separated in small groups which are easy to be destroyed by undead which live there.
Worship
Necromancers don't worship anything,why they need gods if the cycle of life is in their hands,necromancers can consider themselves gods.The undead hordes which serves them blindly and the immense magical power make them as powerful as the dragon gods.Necromancers see the priests of the spider as an idiotic group of fanatics which have less intelligence than a headless corpse.

Bone Fiend-In the darkness of the underground,while the undeads under Sandro command were building their refugee a network of underground catacombs,they dig in earth hundreds of kilometers and they didn't hurried,they had the eternity,no hunger,no thirst and never tired,armies of undead built at catacombs twenty four hours a day,seven days a week.But while digging,the necromancers discovered strange skeletons of prehistoric animals.The fossils were found at 200m underground.To build the catacombs was essential like undead to develop,but also there need to remove these bones.Necromancers were ingenious,so they decided to not throw the fossils,but instead to raise them,these beasts would work like guard hounds,protecting them from the curious eyes and the empire's soldiers.These beasts lived 20000 years ago and they were some hybrid from a mammal and a reptile and their diet was formed from meat of prehistoric animals.It had the dimensions of a boar,weight 150kg and was covered with fur,it's possible that it could run with 70km/h.But now it is dead and it lost a big part from its initial abilities,but it's still enough powerful to kill a man.The fossilized bones add also a boost of protection.
Bone Horror-In underground,in the corridors of stones,bone fiends were resurrected,they prove really useful,but not big enough.Necromancers used that they know to do combining and raising.The skeletons of prehistoric were combined with skeletons of other species,animals,humans.These bone abominations reach giant dimensions and can kill even experienced warriors.
Undead(basic&upgrade)-this creature lived ages ago and now is a lifeless corpse animated by a powerful magic,necromancy.Because it isn't living anymore,it is restless,not care about hunger or thirst,poison can affect it and mind spells won't work on a lifeless carcass.They don't fear of death,but also glory will not bound any happiness in this corpse,so their morale is always neutral.
Skeletal(basic&upgrade)-"My quiver was empty,but it wasn't even touched"-that said an experienced archer after fighting against undead armies.The arrows just fly between the bones of these creatures,often missing their target.Even the most experienced archers can easy miss the skeletal body of this creature.It receives only 25% damage from ranged attacks.
Fossil(basic&upgrade)-"I didn't saw bones like these before,they are hard as stone.What kind of sorcery is that?"-said a soldier that didn't known that this creature lived in primitive times.These creatures lived thousands of years ago,but their skeleton remained in earth for centuries and was kept intact.Under earth the skeleton get stoned,fact that strength their bodies.These creatures are always enchanted by stone skin spell and cannot be dispelled.
Charging Assault(upgrade)-"I thought it retreated,but the I saw how it comes form distance with an incredible speed and kill one of my comrades"-said a dwarf when countering some bone horrors.This savage creature will push its teeth with more strength if it will run to the target from a long distance.This creature gets +5% more damage/hex traveled

Shade->Phantom
Shade-The catacombs are truly labyrinths and darkness made it a deadly trap,impossible for any mortal to escape from it.But on these cold corridors,bats aren't the only which haunt this cursed place,the restless shades are always patrolling the catacombs.Shades are dark,mysterious,undead beings which attack any living being which disturbs their place.Shades are souls of dead people which returned on mortal realm because they have unresolved "business" here.These mysterious creatures are covered in darkness only a flying hooded robe which carries a blade can be seen.Shades are savage,but necromancers still found a way to control them and to summon them on the mortals realm.Because their aren't fully materialized,mortals can hit hardly shades,but these evil souls can kill a mortal without problems.
Phantom-Even more stranger than shades are phantoms.Phantoms raising methods are similar to these of shades,but these strange undead beings are more powerful,usually the spirits of dead wizards or other magical beings turn into a Specter.Something strange about this undead is that it is glowing,a fluorescent,dark colored light that can bee seen in the darkness of the catacombs,an interesting fact is that Specters can "catch" light and "imprisoning" it in their spectral "bodies".Like shades,specters aren't material,so material beings can miss often it,but these twisted souls can kill mortals without effort.

Immaterial(basic&upgrade)-"Damned be these spirits,I hit them with my sword,it was alive,I hit it with my dagger,it was alive,I hit it with a lighting bolt,then it died."-That said a mercenary when the army entered in an abandoned city and ambushed by shades.This creature isn't fully materialized in this world,it still belongs to another plane.This immaterial form will make it to be a hard target for material creatures.But it can touch and kill any creatures that belongs to both of this planes.Enemies have 50% chances to miss this creature and successful physical attacks deal only 45% from normal damage.In addition in can pass through material objects(flying).Also this creature will ignore immaterial ability of other creatures which have it.
Spectral Catcher(upgrade)-Phantoms have a weird ability to retain light particles in their immaterial "body".Light can't penetrate specter,but instead it will be trapped in it.Thanks to this fact specters are incandescent and always will have a fluorescent color.If phantoms will retain very much light they can even blind living beings.There are 25% chances that the phantoms will absorb a light spells(it can also block a light spell cast by owner of specters),every spell absorbed will increase specters speed and max hp by 1,also if the specter absorbs more than 5 light spells it will have a blinding attack for the next 3 turns.
Mana Devourer(upgrade)-"I wanted to kill it with a spell,but the spell didn't worked and I was felling weak and tired"-lucky was the wizard which was saved by an another sorcerer.Energies from which are composed phantoms absorbs mana of spells cast on it,not only making the hostile spells weaker,but also healing itself using the spell's energies.

Flesh Spawn->Blood Spawn
Flesh Spawn-...death is in the air,the smell of rotten flesh is everywhere,it can even kill,this smell is so powerful...but in fact I like this smell.The flesh spawns are abominations made from dead flesh on the fresh battlefields by the mad-minds of the liches and necromancers.Flesh spawns are made from about 3-4 corpses,and in this process necromancers make like corpses to explode and after,the mass of gore is united into an abomination of flesh,blood and bones.The process of rotting is slowed to keep the flesh fresh and like this monster to be an excellent slaughterer.Between the flesh and blood,there flesh spawns also contains the bones of the corpses,around 2-3 skulls,30 ribs and some bone limbs,but also some bone claws used to kill necromancers enemies.These abominations will annex the living beings which they killed to their own bodies,making them even deadlier and bigger than before.
Blood Spawn-Blood is one of the most important liquids of human body,it contains three types of cells and carries nutritive substances,oxygen and carbon dioxide.An adult have around 5 liters of blood.But also this vital liquid inspires fear and is associated with pain when it comes at surface and necromancers profited of this when they created the blood spawns.The raising process is similar with that of flesh spawns,only differences is that there is put more accent on blood and bones than on flesh,so there are used 5-6 corpses.Having bigger bone claws and covered in 20 liters of blood,these abominations inspire fear and their blood can often contains diseases.The blood diseases will infect the living enemy body at attack,when blood spawn will push its bone claws covered with blood directly in living flesh.

Thrower of flesh(basic&upgrade)-"Parts from it started to fly in air killing everyone"-that said the survivor of an unsuccessful camping against undead.These undeads can shoot with their own flesh in enemies,making and throwing balls of flesh and sharp bones,but if they will continue,there will won't be any flesh spawn.Can use its own hp as ammo.
Gore Abomination(basic&upgrade)-"It started gathering corpses in its own blood,that was disgusting"-that said General Kendal after his legion was decimated by these slimy creatures.This creature is entirely made from dead flesh,bones and blood.However,this horror can lose parts of his improvised body in battles and as on any battlefield are hundreds of corpses,these creatures can exploit them,annexing them to their own body.Flesh and Blood spawns can heal and even resurrect using using a dead stack.The number of healed hp/resurrected creatures depends on how much and powerful creatures were in the dead stack
Infected Blood(upgrade)-"We were victorious,after killing all the blood spawns from the area,but the next day,all soldiers wounded in battle,even these with a scratch were ill,most of them died.In final these damned things were victorious"-that said General Kendal after his legion was decimated by these slimy creatures.Blood of dead creatures can contains a lot of bacterias and can produce deadly diseases.Of-course,these are inoffensive for undead creatures,but not for their living enemies.Pushing its claws into the enemies organism,it also introduce the infected blood and bacterias.There are 30% chances like the disease to spare on an living stack attacked by a Blood Spawn,the disease will reduce attack and defense by 3 and max hp by 5.

Soulless Warrior->Silent Assassin
Soulless Warrior-The white of bones and the rust from the blades and armor are the only things that these bone warriors care.Bones are light and resistant in the same time,the bones of an adult human have only 9kg,but are resistant as iron.The undead armies needed agile troops and necromancers result were the soulless warriors.In the darkness of the catacombs these skeletal warriors patrol restless day and night in order to guard the tunnels from living enemies,killing anyone which dare to enter there.Soulless warriors received their name from the merciless and coldblooded way that they kill.With an amazing speed they stab their rusty blades in the target body and literally cut the target in two pieces.
Silent Assassin-In the darkness of the catacombs and in the agitation of the battlefield,these skeletal assassins strike with the speed of lighting from the shadows directly in enemies,killing them without a regret.They are so quiet that even in fully daylight you can't spot them and in the dark tunnels of the catacombs you are dead before you know.All thing that victims will fell is that how the silent assassin blades will enter in their bodies and they will fall dead.The silent assassins use two swords,which they will swing with an amazing speed.Having such an agility these skeletal warriors can jump over enemies and obstacles.Rarely silent assassin will be surrounded by enemies,but when they are,these bone assassins will make a "windmill" attack,jumping and rotating themselves with their blades,wounding all enemies around them.

Dual Blades(basic&upgrade)-Bones are light and flexible,so these skilled skeletons can swing their swords with an amazing speed.These undead posses an incredible agility which allows them to use two blades and swing them with an amazing speed.So instead to retaliate,this creature will deal two hits,but will deal only 75% from the normal damage
Silent(upgrade)-"I just killed an undead,but when I turn my head,I saw it.The indifferent expression on it's skull and the eyes of an endless darkness"-lucky was this soldier which survived to an attack of a silent assassin.Silent assassins are so quiet,that no one can predict their attacks.They use the surprise element so enemy will be unprepared against attack.Silent Assassins ignore 40% of enemy defense.
Deadly Windmill(upgrade)-"We surrounded that skeleton,but instantly he jumped and rotated his body in air killing all my soldiers"-when he saw this,commander Roland ran as fast as he could to don't be killed.Silent assassins are very agile and is rarely surrounded,but if surrounded by 2 or more enemies,the silent assassin will jump and rotate his blades to kill all around it.It will deal damage to all adjacent enemies,but only 75% from the normal damage.
Macabre Dance(upgrade)-"The skeleton started to swing his swords in all directions,we were terrified"-soldier from King Cuthbert campaign against undead,were one from the few soldiers which survived to can tell how horrifying is the macabre dance of the silent assassins.Twice per battle,the silent assassin will attack three adjacent enemies reducing their morale by 1.

Apparition->Wraith
Apparition-The powerful ghostly mages from the necromancers armies.These glowing skeletons dressed in their black hooded robes using cursed staffs.They are mysterious,but deadly and powerful,having knowledge that no one mortal can learn,the quantity would be to much and would drive mortal to insanity.Their skeletal bodies are immaterial and have an white glowing,the energies that compose apparitions are so powerful that would harm any living that stays near it.Apparitions are also very skilled in magic and can cast the deadliest spells.
Wraith-Fear these skeletal ghosts because their glowing bones smells as death,how mad can you be to face a wraith that can kill you from one touch.The red lines from their black robes smells as blood of these fools which try to face a wraith.The cursed staffs of netherworld which they use will bring only doom for the enemy.Stay away from these spectral necromancers because they can raise an army of undead.Wraiths are one of the most powerful undead that the world can even seen,can bring pain and misfortune to enemies and can make their undead allies even stronger.Wraiths can cast very powerful spells with a single move of their hand.

Ranged(basic&upgrade)-this creature can inflict damage remotely. When distance to target is longer than half the arena, the target suffers only half the normal damage. Shooter cannot use ranged attack when blocked by enemy creature. If there's no Ammo Cart in the army, the number of shots is limited by available ammo.

Aura of Pain(basic&upgrade)-"All soldiers which surrounded the apparition started to die"-that said an survivor from an battle against undead when apparitions and wraiths appeared on battlefield.The energies of apparitions harm all living beings which stays near,making them weak and killing them.All living units adjacent to the apparition have attack decreased attack by 2 and are damaged every turn.
Staff of Netherworld(upgrade)-"We tried to kill it,but a single touch with that staff made us to writhe in pain."-that said a survivor of the terrible encounter with a wraith.The cursed staffs of netherworld will put a terrible curse on the target.When attack with melee,wraith always curse the enemy with advance suffering.
Power of the dead(upgrade)-"When a wraith appeared,the all other undead were powerful"-that said a survivor of the terrible encounter with a wraith.The cursed power of the wraith will make adjacent undead stronger.All adjacent undead have attack and defense increased by 3.
Eclipse Bat->Deathwing
Eclipse Bat-These bloodthirsty winged beasts haunt the cursed catacombs of the undead killing any living creature that dares to enter here.These giant bats are the souls of the dead that were buried in cursed earth or in time of solar eclipses.Now these beasts serve the undead in their endless battle against the living.Eclipse bats use their sharp claws to break enemies formations and their sharp teeth to slaughter anyone which challenge the necromancers.

Looks pretty good so far. Just a couple of format points to make it a bit easier to read, I'd suggest:
* Putting the creature descriptions in italics
* Putting two or three lines between each creature
* Underlining the tiers and creature names

The Heroeser in me thinks that puting the Necropolis underground, especially in as vast a tunnel system as your catacombs, would be stepping on Dungeon's toes quite a bit.

@Nightterror: personally I like the human skeleton,bone animal is fine too,that's why I put two skeletal creatures(bone fiend=bone animal,silent assassin=human skeleton)...and yeah that green makes me sick
@Razorphilia:There isn't any Dungeon until now

i think the skeletons should remain human cuz they're ranged but the ghouls could definitely have been made from animal corpses.

Finally a REAL NECROPOLIS.I totally disagreed with the spider-worshipping necromancers since I first saw them.However I suggest more Heroes 3 necro creatures(Remaking the Heresh culture,not parallelling it):
Core:
Skeleton->Skeleton Warrior
Ghoul->Wight
Acolyte->Necromancer
Elite:
Lich->Power Lich
Shadow->Wraith
Vampire->Vampire Lord
Champion:
Black Rider->Dread Knight
Necromantic unique units
Core:
Walking Dead->Zombie->Mummy
Rised of any humanoid units.Can be upgraded to Zombie on the town,and further,on Mummy with Emblamer's Lab(Unique building)
Elite:
Ghost
Raised from caster units.Cannot be upgraded.
Champion:
Bone Dragon->Ghost Dragon
Rised when killing a dragon.Can upgrade to Ghost Dragon in city.
Undead Cyclops
Rised when killing a cyclops.No Upgrade
Angel of Death->Incarnation of Thanatos
Raised when killing an Angel.Can be upgraded in Incarnation of Thanatos at the city.

@LordImmortal:I wanted to make an absolutely new necropolis(all creature are new,even wraith because it is spellcaster and have different tactics now).I made this necropolis to don't replace (completely) the H6 current now,just a parallel one but more awesome and unique(at least for me).I dislike the idea of an undead cyclops,also I don't think it's a good idea of spamming with un-recruitable undead units.There are just 7 slots...

It annoys me a bit that undead armies are always treated as evil simply because they are undead (and in opposition humans armies are generally considered good just because they're human). Why can't an undead army be formed because a humanitarian necromancer doesn't want to waste peoples lives by forcing them to fight when they don't want to?

From my point of view there aren't good or evil faction in the whole heroes series.They all fight for their own goals,they don't care about the other races and all sacrifice as many soldiers,humans aren't good,necromancers aren't evil,all are neutral.

Ok,then,but you can have alot of unused creatures in necro,such as Black Knights,Reapers,Undead Dragons.

I'm waiting until you're finished with the creature lineup - I can't really comment on a product not ready, can I? For now, it seems fine...
...the formatting is still quite poor. Could you run your first post through some spellcheck, for example by copypasting it into MS Word?
