that's flattering^^ Normally, I'm PARTICIPATING in ICTC...but since I tend not to have gotten finished with the towns, I think I'd be willing to be judgethis year - if people are fine with it, ofc^^
...last years originally good idea of letting all participants be judges as well didn't work out well iirc, I think only I and 1-2 other participant/s judged...

Hey now, why is Mysty being counted out? I may be down, but I am still kicking. I will be the Host/MC/Moderator that gives out the shinies..not judging though..way too free with the high scores to be a judge. Also..any judges who also participate can not judge their own entries.

Since H6 is due to be released soon, I would suggest at least a few months wait. Since that would be the holidays..how does January sound to everybody? That will be the 'official' start (but you can begin whenever if you want). As for judges, if you want to be a judge that is ok with me.

I vote on October. It's not like you will have to have the factions ready by October, the ICTC usually have a few months for you to finish. Plenty of time to get familiar with the mechanics.
It'll be an awesome way to kick-off the arrival of Heroes 6, and the inevitable rush of new members following the release should ensure a greater interest in the contest itself.

I'm okay with October. I tend to end up having more fun working out the mechanics of the faction than the actual theme and culture, so I need to learn Heroes 6 before I can make mine
