Ubisoft is looking into a patch to fix problems to those like me who can not get the game to work.

I will play & hopefully join a TOH tourney for the first time

I do not want to mess up my heroes 6 files by doing stuff Manually just to temp get it to work. I would rather wait till the patch is officially out.

Check out minimal system requirements, what video card you have, how much memory she have on board ?

This is processor and memory you have, but what video card you have ?
H6 require :
NVidia™ GeForce® 8600GTS (512 mb vedeo memory)
ATI™ Radeon 2600XT (512 mb video memory) or better vide card, compatible with DirectX® 9.0c, having 512 mb memory with shader support version 3.0.
