Poll Question:
Heroes Community is like Dating!!!
I never realized this until now. I am not gone, just was difficult with the whole post limit thing, and other things have kept my attention lately. Sooo.....
The reason these forums are like dating is because, you have to post a bit, but can't post too much, until you get enough QPs(you are going steady with the site at this point). If you do bad things, or do a single sufficiently grievous post, you can be restricted or even banned.
Who agrees?

The poll has nothing to do with the male/female ratios here. Simply that the forum itself is like dating the forum.
I could add more, like how some people take breaks and return, while others never return, and yet others can't stay away, returning time after time. But I think the poll speaks for itself.

Yeah, not gonna answer that. If you want to set up infinite loops of logic to justify WHY you are dating the forum, then you are far too late to realize - the forum ALREADY OWNS YOU!
Though I can recommend some ways to help you deal with your denial of the obvious addiction we all share.

I cannot seem to properly explain my original meaning.
Yes the forums can have many morons.
HOWEVER.
When I said the forums were like dating, you have to court the forum itself, and earn additional levels (QPs) that function much like being able to do more in the relationship, a greater ability to express one's self. (Being freed from the post restrictions, et. al)
Perhaps now people will vote???

I, honestly, never realized the posting limits, I never reached them...oh no...I shoudl check my RL-dating on that aspect
I vote now...
EDIT: also my fingers tickle to make a poll pointing out HC is like MATING!....but I fear the intended post could be misinterpreted as...offending...

I spend lot of time on both, but HC visits give more significant results. Here, when I post something interesting, it will be remembered forever. Dating is like starting from scratch over and over.

That topic thread should have been closed and put away in the anals of the art of archiving very old stuff.
That topic thread is 9 years old, buddy.
Actually, there are a lot of old and very old farts here, as members of that thoroughly aging member spool.
The oldest are mostly male and, the not so old are, mostly female and gays alike.
I am coming here only to make the odd and unexpected posts + new responses to totally new and enquiring odd requests. Plus, to read the funny and not so funny cartoons of the tavern sub-site.
While Heroes of might and magic has been converted to a total mobile devices' form of online incompoop base of players(mostly chinese no doubt). Heroes 6 and Heroes 7 are for PC only and are the only ones that Ubisoft will ever keep in the online stores world wide.

Now, all 7 titles can be played on Windows 10 Home/Pro Editions. Thanks to the good ole' Gog.com people, all the series can be played on any decent multi-core PC.
