Very frustrating problem with campaign editor please help me!
So, I made this awesome map and I want to play it, when I go and look in file where are the maps are listed it has like a little lock sign next to the icon and the name of the map file, and all the the files that look like this don't show up in the game. So angry! Worked really hard and now I cant even play it. Please someone tell me you have experienced this before and know how to fix it!

You're running Win7 correct? It's the UAC "user-account control" setting. When your protection is turned on, the files have those icons appear next to them. If you want full-protection normally; then you can dial it back when gaming or editing and dial it back up before going back on-line.

I don't know if I am running that, if I do will it make it work? I worked so hard on this awesome scenerio and it wont show up do you know what I have to do to make it show up in the game?

Are the maps for your campaign all present in the "Maps" folder?

Well one of them one was a single scenerio that I imported and the next one I just added "new scenerio" and after I did that the WHOLE thing dissapeared from the game and I cant find it it all! Super angry its like a work really hard on one and then I go to the game and its dissapeared!
Also not as important if I can't get it to work but in case I do I cant figure out how to carry out my main heroes from my first scerio into the next scenerio from the campaign. I put a miccealanious carry out hero on the map and when I went to select my guys from the old one they didn't know up.
Its always done this I finish a campiagn or a scenerio and then I go into the game and its gone. How am I supposed to play the maps I make!

I am also having problems....
I was hoping you could help me out. I am running Heroes 4 original in Windows 7 and my campaign editor won't allow me to create new events. There's no "new" buttons for me to click and I can't edit things in other campaigns either. Any idea what is causing this? It does it even when I tell it to run in Win 95 mode.
