Wow, a sequel that improves on the really sweet stuff from the first game. Customizing my characters and gaining that tiny attachment made me attached to the game (story was ok, but I wasn't really invested in that, I was invested in all my unique soldiers and their achievements).
Can't wait to predesign some characters, I like the randomeness of rookies, but I want at least one or two whose basic stuff I can control (nationality and class). And naming guns, I mean Fraxis truly gets me, something so simple and small compared to story design and cutscenes is literally what keeps me playing.
Can't wait <3.

anyone else thoroughly impressed with "bloodborne"? i snowing love eldritch-style monsters. now if only it was a free-roam game, and didn't have borders that channel you where they want... 
i wish they'd do a remake of "predator: concrete jungle" the same way. games like these need to be free roam BADLY.
edit: lol, thats one way to kill a monster... i wonder what hero specialty THAT is?

Dragons Dogma was such a fun, under-appreciated gem of a game. Take some Skyrim, Dark souls, DMC and a big helping of shadow of the Colossus and you would get something not far from it. God it was amazing and easily had the BEST magic of any game ever. So satisfying calling down an entire meteor shower on some poor bandits or spearing a Chimera with several giant icicles.
Not to mention the ability to run up and jump onto a Cyclops to proceed to stab the snow out of its eye. All part of the combat system. God I love me some Dragons dogma.

Subnautica.
Currently in early access, it's another survival game, this time set in a sci fi enviroment.
One dude survives a spaceship crash on an ocean world and has to survive by building bases, collecting crap, finding tech and all other good survival game stuff.
There are Let's Plays currently done by Sips of the Yogscast.

Are you pointing to the recent E3 gossip? That would be great... Even with it's downisdes like bugs and weak main story Skyrim is still the number 1 RPG for me. I'm recently playing Witcher 3, and while I find it an incredible game (plus it was made by my countrymen  ) I'm putting Skyrim a tinsy winsy bit above it. Skyrim just had this unique Nordic atmosphere that I totally digged. Freeroaming in this game is one of the best expieriences a player can have. If they only make a better story, or at least depict it in a more epic way, Skyrim 2 will be da bomb!
EDIT: Faq, I feel like a traitor. Ubisoft is the curse word here, yet I can't wait for Far Cry Primal. Only one week left... As a personal bonus, I didn't play Far Cry 3 & 4, so even if Primal is their clone, it will be a completely new expierience for me

Wasn't dragon's dogma coming out on PC?
I am fairly sure the "rumors" of Skyrim are just rumors. I remember a long interview where they said they will focus on fallout content for 1.5 years (new tes was somewhere around 2018/2019 range). So unless they hired some other company to fill in the assets while they do it, it's a no go.

WTF are companies like Nintendo doing?
They create a 'special edition' of a game knowing it will be sought after, and they make so little copies of it that things like this happen. And it's not even a 'Ford Knox gold plated box' edition or sth, just a simple 'collectors edition', so I don't see a reason why they limit it so. It's a no-brainer there will be people wanting to buy it, cause FE Awakening is one of the most well-recieved games on nintendo 3DS.
There's still no word on the European release date (figures...) but in light of things I don't know if I will even have a chance to buy FE Fates Special Edition, which I'm already willing to give my money for.
People are literally throwing money on them, and they make limited quanities of a product. Sheesh, game developing companies these days...

Ahh I've been waiting for you to talk about Fates I'm gonna have to sit this one out since my 3ds got stolen...
I remember some similar bullsnow happened when smash 4 came out. One of the biggest games, if not THE biggest game, for the Wii u. And they didn't have any of the bundles with the GameCube controller and adapter that everyone was after. It's like wtf Nintendo...and then it took them like many months just to get the adapter on the market.
I'm still waiting for the Zelda Wii u game. Which is delayed till who knows when...

Sorry to hear that. Maybe it's time for the New Nintendo 3DS  But the fact is, even whithout being stolen, my 3DS has been "quiet" for quite some time now, that's why I'm waiting for Fates.
Either way Nintendo has been this way for a long time now... no wonder they loose with Sony and Microsoft. I think they only survive because of the quality of their products, but foremost because of hardcore fans. I mean, without them they would be dead already. Something that is 'eluding' Ubisoft when it comes to the Heroes franchise btw (and which they proabably destroyed already). Nevertheless, way to f*ck those fans in the ass Nintendo.
Putting that aside I would at least like to know when Fates will be avaible in EU...

Yeah, same here. And New Orleans seems like such a perfect setting for this kind of game. I really hope for some climatic missions like the farm one from the first Mafia or some shocking scenes like the one with Henry from Mafia II

I just hope they don't turn it too GTA or Hitman (or God forbid, CS), because the other Mafia games were damn awesome. They really managed to capture the feel of gang life with Vito and co, so I just hope they don't screw things up. To be honest the trailer left me kinda unimpressed, but this pre-alpha gameplay seems a lot better.

seems they aim to differ from GTA ultraparody full of pisswasser beer ads and crazy missions(GTA:San Andreas, looking at you)
The trailer did have Vito in it, I wonder what his role is going to be.
