Heh, wanted a much different type NPC..the 'ghost' form is actually temporary..another 'random' effect of her power. Good luck understanding her until the effect fades though.

Chaotica - Powers : Any/all..but absolutely no control over what happens around her. Time, space, nothing is beyond her power to manipulate..from daisys falling from the sky to changing the very laws of the universe. Luckily most of the random effects are more irksome then dangerous..but there is as much of a chance of her becoming a walking atomic bomb as there is for gold coins to rain down from the sky.

Do not worry, the people in the pods are NOT who you might think they are  (They are not from Project X)..and in fact there are only 5 regardless of the numbers on the containers. Sort of a precursor to project X..*grins evilly*.
Oh and there are three males, two females.
First female, front right - Clear almost see through hair, small maybe 5'0", very thin pink bow in her hair. Dressed in 60's "sock hop' type outfit.
Male, front left - Even thinner then the first female, electric blue hair in a mohawk..dressed in 1980's punk rock leather/spikes with spiked dog collar.
Female back right - Sea green hair, bluish skin, dressed in 1900 school teacher outfit.
Male Back left - A mammoth of a man, a good 6'9 or so .. easily 300-400 lbs, brown hair, brown skin, and looks like a body builder. He has a hard hat on, and looks like a construction worker from the year 2011 or so.
Male center - If not for the fiery red hair he would considered 'average'. Dressed in ordinary clothing you might find on the street for the current time.

My prayers have been answered! well, sort of.
Name: Alexander Francis "Alex" Crussoe
Age: 38
Height: 1.90m
Weight: ~105kg
Powers: Telepathy, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, from potent to dangerous levels. minor levitation abilities(slowing down a fall and similiar)
Personality: You do not want to piss of that guy. really. bad stuff happens when he's angry. Values team members more than anything else. Is the type that kick opens every door and demands anything from anyone. Will also use any method, and i do mean any to get what he wants/needs
Appearance: Is touched by physica mutation which is visible, in fact you have to be blind not to notice that.(basically looks like Kain from Legacy of Kain series)
Weapons: Twin energy blades.

So Myt, as much as I now regret dropping out of Galaxy Rangers I was just wondering: How much do you need to know about GR to get what is going on here? Seeing as two of the characters from GR just showed up from "nowhere" I was wondering how valuable it would be for me to go back to the point where I dropped out of GR and read the rest of the story before making a character here would be.

Not much at all actually. These events happen BEFORE Galaxy Rangers. Also, keep in mind that this is now an alternate time line..Alex's mere presence would mean the time line has changed course. So while the other Galaxy Rangers time line exists, the future of the current time line is forever changed.
Edit : Of course you realize this means that now the future is not guaranteed right? The whole universe might come to an end before the events of Galaxy Rangers ever took place. All thanks to a single traveler in time... Muhahaha..mu...muhahahahaha

I am hoping that 'Alex' progresses with the 5 people in the pods, sort of leads to the MAIN story (which has yet to be introduced). If not, I have a back up way to introduce it, just won't be quite so nice.

Ok, so here is my character
Name: Thor Boanerges
Codename: Zeus
Nickname(s): "Bullet biter", "Bullet dodger", "That god damned son of a mutant who is catches bullets for a living!"
Age: Unknown, appearances of late 20s early 30s.
Description: 1,83m tall, atheletically built with black medium-length hair, blue eyes and slightly dark skin. Has a broken nose and a lightning-shaped scar(yay, Harry Potter rip-off(no, not really )) running across his left eye, on which he is blind(you can only see the white in that eye as well). He is a fan of westerns and dress in gunslinger clothing in all but the hat(while he finds the hats cool, he believes them to be impractical)
Powers: Hightened reaction(or whatever you'll call it) and lightning abilities. You know that thing when someone fires a bullet at you and a message is sendt from the eye to the brain telling you "Bullet incoming, it will kill you", and then it takes a few seconds for it to arrive and when it does you have already been killed? For Thor, those messages travel faster, so he has no problem dodging or even catching bullets(his speed is also a bit faster than a normal human). For Thor, it is like everything else moves slower.
He also has lightning abilities. That means: he can produce lightning from his own body, something which he uses as a replacement for guns and bullet, or as a means of torture or to charge the batteries of his cellphone, damn that thing!
Background: Child of a Norwegian-American mother and a Greek-American father who both where leading members in a militant anti-mutant organization, Thor has since birth been taught to hate and despise the mutant race. He was trained by the members of the organization in the art of erradicating mutants, and was therefore taught about politics, how genes works and how mutants are created, what weapons that were best to use in hunting and killing them depending on their powers, how to capture and torture them, etc. etc.
Unbeknownst to the group however, Thor was not like them. He was a mutant, and had been so since birth. It was however not all that appearant in the early years, seeing as his lightning abilities did not awake before he was 13. And even though the group prided themselves in their ability to see if a person was mutant by looking at said persons genes, their technique was in fact, flawed, and in reality they were just randomly guessing whether or not a person was a mutant whenever they studied peoples genes. This lead to Thor living peacefully and safe for 13 years before being discovered as a mutant, and it also lead to the execution of a lot of "normal" humans who the group had believed to be mutants.
On his 13th birthday, while celebrating together with some classmates at his home, his mother brought him his birthday cake and asked him to blow out the candles and wish for something. While embarassed and a little bit excited(for what person does really not like to blow out birthday candles? But what 13 year old boy would not consider birthday candles a bit childish?) he closed his eyes, inhaled air and blew. For a moment the darkness of his closed eyes flashed white and he heard screams of both shock and terror from both his classmates and his mother. When he opened his eyes again, what he saw was a scorched cake, and a metal plate which was glowing and sparking whitely. For it had not been just air Thor had blown out of his mouth, but electricity in the form of lighting.
Having to flee from his parents and their group, Thor cursed all gods and fate for having made him into a filthy monster that had no place in the world. And while he believed it would probably be for the best if he took a gun, pointed it at his own head and pulled the trigger, his survival instict kept getting the better of him, and for the next few years he lived as a criminal until he met an old mutant hating mercenary. While he had first tried to kill Thor, the old mercenary soon learned that Thor shared his beliefs about mutants, namely that they are a plague that needs to be erradicated from the world. Realizing that he was trying to kill a potential asset, the mercenary decided to "fight fire with fire" and recruited the young boy to come with him and join him as a soldier in another anti-mutant organization.
From that moment on, Thor lived as a mercenary hiring himself out as a mutant hunter or gunman(if it was something not involving mutants) and he learned how to control his mutant powers and keep them secret from his employers. Working for anti-mutant organizations, private collectors, corporations and some governments, Thor became quite fameous as the mercenary "Zeus", a name he got because he looked greek and his lightning scar(which he had gotten back when the old mercenary had been hunting him). Two years ago however, he was arrested by the american government for having killed the governor of Florida, who the media had discovered was a mutant. While officially executed for his crime, he was in all secrecy ported to "Section 3" as a mole for the US government, having been lead to believe that Section 3 was a UN organization created to "fight fire with fire" and that it's purpose was to capture, study and kill mutants across the world.
Perks: Bad education, wrong education, martial skills, and a great survival instinct. Also an improv interrigator/torturer, though he prefers clean kills.
Weapons: his weapon of choice is three colt single-action army revolvers. But he is also a knife nut. However his most practical weapon is his fingers guns, which shoot "lightning bullets"(plain, regular lightning).
Note: Boanerges is greek and means "Son of Thunder"
Fun fact: Thor is fully intent on blowing his own brains out once all other mutants have been captured and killed.
Is this okay Myt?
Also, my char is suppose to have been working with Section 3 for a little over a year(or at least for some time) so the S3 members should already be a bit familiar with him when he arrives in the RP. Reason for not showing up yet: He was on a solo mission somewhere when all this in the beginning happened.
Also Myt, before you say "Section 3 does not work for the UN", only Thor was lead to believe that it was secretly made by the UN, with just enough ties to be under it, but with few enough that the UN can deny any involvement.
