Running this game under Windows 7 32bit
Do any of you guys have the following problem:?
1-The game kick me out to desktop saying not enough video memory( i have a Nvidia gtx 560ti(1 GB). This is ridiculous. ><
2-Before entering a siege, it says reloading resource for almost a minute.
3-sometime the town screen turns black and white.
I bought the Chinese version of the game, and my system is 32bit. I've heard some Chinese player saying that, once they upgrade to 64bit system, All the problem are gone. Since i didn't see any complain about the above mentioned problem in HC or official forum. I'm wondering are those problems unique to the Chinese version or it is a common problem with the 32 bit system.
PS I'm playing this game with All settings maxed.
Thanks in advance.

I am playing with Windows 7 32 bit too but experience none of your problems. I do find a significant performance loss after one or two hours of playing, though. I even lost the ability to scroll the screen
I am using GeForce 540M. Maybe our problems stem from compatibility issues with our graphic cards?

I sometime can't scroll as well, have t restart the game....
i have already updated to the latest video driver and the problem is still there. I don't think this is a compatibility issue because the official system requirement does support Nvidia Cards. OMG i have a feeling that this problem is unique to the Chinese version.
but it is weird, because when i'm running the game in off line mode, i don't have any problems at all. It's just with the online mode. I'm so pissed off now.

The issue of not being able to scroll is a bug that has nothing to do with the issue reported here.
If offline mode is fine and online mode is bugging, then it may have something to do with your connection. Did you try monitoring your bandwidth for problems, while playing?

I am playing under Windows 7-32 bit and I have none of the problems you mentioned. I have a 9600 GT and I play the game in 1280*800 with the graphics set automatically with most of options on low. I've also played with most of the options on high, the game does not crash but the experience is not that pleasant. I suggest you set the graphics options to the default.
