@ alci: Inferno doesn't differentiate between good and bad luck or which stack is having it. Haven only needs good moralefrom their own troops.
Still seems silly, but it makes sense balance-wise

Except ... how often do you actually see bad luck trigger? Is there a spell to decrease enemy luck? Otherwise it'll happen next to never. And I just hate such asymmetries, why not make it so that Haven triggers also on enemy bad morale? At least that way it seems similar to each other.

and if you compare necro to orcs? it seems necro racial ability would be stronger if your army is small?

I think the Trickster's artifact set gives the enemy bad destiny; other than that I don't know of any off the top of my head. I still feel like such a noob
If you want an easy way out, I think what would really help gating out is if you were allowed to do a free gate at the start of combat. This would do wonders for their ability to creep. Although a better solution would be to speed up the gauge by ~1/5th and not give Inferno two generic melee units among their core creatures. That's just cruel.

oh, that's how honor works. damn. i always rushed with my sanctuary units towards them. kappa first, kirin next, then kenshi and the rest.
the way inferno builds up its gating is also kinda silly.

Yeah inferno special is too slow and doesn't trigger often like the other racials.....but also, once you trigger it, you still have to wait a full turn for the gate to get onto the battlefield....too long for early creeping....
