Thats simple not true. The dragons will ALWAYS move the same. The amount of creatures per stack will lead the dragons ALWAYS to the same place. AND as there is no morale (two different alighnments) there is no variation in it.
The only difference occur is if you fight on gras or not, due to dragon speed.

Quote: I still however do not think this is a tactics that will see a lot of play, if only for the fact that you actually need all your heroes to be around the utopia to make it work.
Sure, i think i am maybe the only one doing it in a real game. Gives kind of an advantage, try it and you will see.
Quote: It would be cool if you can pool this off in the second week on some maps, but i have my doubts about it. On week 3 you can use it to reduce the dragon count (suffer less losses) but in general in week 3 your army should be able to kill the dragons while losing mostly fodder if you simply enter the utopia directly with your main hero.
Sure and on week 4 you will have even more troups, and in week 5 even more and on week 6 even a beginner can do it ....but this game is about playing better then the rest and this means to take the Utopia one week earlier then your opponent.
Quote: The cost of the secondaries should also be taken into accout, as you will need scouts for revealing the map and chaining army.
You will haven enough money to buy as much scouts you want on the same day, so no disadvantage here.

The last time I tried with my master gremlins configuration, the dragons moved differently in 100% and 130% conditions. With 130% they stood such that they were not hitting each other.

Well, thats not what youve asked for. You asked for changing "the random seed", while there is none. They act differently with above 130% conditions, actually they try to avoid to hit each other. But still as soon as you find out how to place them, you can ALWAYS let them kill each other.
I already gave a hint how to do it:
Quote: U can do it even on 130-200%, but thats hell of tricky cause you have to place the dragons correct on second round.
Now you can find out on your own.
