I thought that too, and then I realized we had Grønland and Malmø. Still valid, but.... meh
Scandinavia needs a really big city.

No problem, Malmö will be gone together with the rest of Skåne once those nukes from America arrives.
A large swede-norwegian city at the west coast border would be cool. Would be easy to get there from Gothenburg, Oslo and Copenhagen.

I also live in the suburbs of Ottawa.

I'm glad I don't live in the actual city proper. Cities fatten you up with polutants.

I think people in general are more healthy in cities.

Maybe you're right, but cities with factories, chemical labs and stuff tend to be poluted. And don't let me get started with toxic waste on the junkyards...

If the politicans is that corrupt, the exact same things will be placed in the countryside. Groundwater contamination affecting a entire community and poisoning them has happened several times in USA, even in the countryside.
"Polluted city" is something that belongs to a few NIC countries and last century, at the least in my opinion. Then again, some cities that are too far north due have air pollution in the winter, if you are reffering to that.

Well, you don't see any factories or labs on the countrysides or villages (at least not in my country), right?

The things are getting worse and worse with the global warming and they're building factories wherever they want. Shame on us! Too bad that no one of the authorities is reading this, but they wouldn't care anyway.
