Spatiphillum, I am sorry you got a divide-by-zero crash. If you have a saved-game which will reproduce this, please upload it or email it to me so I can find out what caused it and try to make sure it never happens again. I did not see it in six or eight test runs, but maybe that is because I only fought the King in Yellow for five or six battles or less before giving the answer.
The clues are:
1) What a mad man tells you early in the game - the former Phd Cosmologist.
2) What the Oracle says when you go to the Temple of Wisdom with the Yellow Sign equipped.
3) What Cassilda says at Carcosa.
4) What the King in Yellow says about the arrow of time. What prevents time from going backwards instead of forward (according to the cosmologist Dr. Sean Carroll)?

Thanks a lot, Jim, after zillions of tries I've already figured out that riddle, so I'm not as stupid as I supposed to think (though I didn't noticed that Dr. Carrol is a tribute to a real man before reading your post, but thank you anyway for help). The savegame will be tomorrow, I have some troubles with connection now. The crash happens when amount of Great Basilisks is ~500, and not all the words cause it (for example, if I type 'ent', game crashes, but with 'king' the next battle round starts).

Spatiphillum, thanks for your reply and the additional information about the crash. Just from your description I can now see how it could happen (short guesses which are less than four letters), and can prevent it from happening to anyone else. So I owe you one.
Let me know your score if you want it added to the high scores list I am keeping (at ByteBandit Maps archive). Thanks for playing.
Update about update: The original (un-Bersy-ized) version at https://www.box.com/s/877639740775a758a20f has been updated, and also I have added the updated version of the script "king in yellow.erm" (164 KB, not to be confused with the zip file) which is used in the Bersy-ized version. People who have installed Bersy's version can download just the 164 KB .erm file and put it in Mods/King in Yellow/Data/s (replacing the one that is there now). People who have games in progress can then load this updated script into their game file by pressing the F12 function key during the game. Otherwise, typing answers to the Sphinx or the King of three letters or less could cause a crash.

Thanks Bersy, it seems to work OK... Although I've got to say, I do prefer my version that has all the creatures, all the sounds etc... Because this way the game will work even if the original creatures are changed by a user (or you for that matter in a further update of ERA)...
Take the Pikemen and orcs for example... You thought that HotA's version were better than the original (while I beg to differ). Or the new heroes movement arrows as well. That's why I included the original ones in HoLv3.2. I also made a new HoLv3.1 pack in my thread that has them too.
As for the sounds, well, I changed around a lot of them (I can't keep track of all the changes myself) including the fixed sounds for Firebirds and Air Elementals (they were out of synch originally). I think you didn't include these sounds. It's no big deal of course but I hope you get my previous point with this example.
I don't want to sound ungrateful or anything (once again, I appreciate your efforts) but it's down to our old argument I guess... I will keep my own download links for my mod (in my threads) and you may keep your installation pack here (I don't have a problem with that).

Surely accidental, he checked using Winmerge, Lodcompare. Would be good to have a list of missing things, so they can be re-added.
Any package, if it works, is ok. However, learning to make a correct package will help when Bersy will no more give a hand. A "so and so" package, having tons of cloned sounds, videos and objects, will surely fail later when conflicting with other mods.

Welcome.
Of course, it's your choice. I make packages using different tools and scripts on php and thus exclude any garbage or duplicates from any mod, default game or patches. I don't think there is anything more that you don't like in plain WoG except Hota's units, while editor now works and the whole package is stable and lightweight.
I'll update the package again. What exactly should I include except creatures replaced by Era?
