Fun with Magic Mirror

The other day I was playing the Dragon Slayer campaign, and on the Faerie dragon level I made some odd observations.
Sometimes I would cast Blind on one stack, with the intent for a later resurrection.  Twice I had that reflect; one time onto a immune stack of Titans (so basically nothing happened).  The other time I cast on the turn of my Master Genies, and the Blind reflected onto them.  Oddly enough, they were still able to complete their attack that turn, but were then blinded after that.  (I expect that if I had waited they would not have gotten to move in the second phase).   It's the only time that I can think of that I've ever been able to move/attack with a blind unit.
The other oddity is that after I got a single Archangel (Griffin Conservatory + Hill Fort), I could then cast Mass Slow on the Faerie dragons so as to get a first attack in from all or almost all my troops and minimize the amount of damage I later took.  Despite this cast affecting all  stacks (usually 5-7) every time I cast it (which was once each for several battles), not once did the slow reflect back onto my units.  Does anyone have similar experiences? Does Magic Mirror not reflect certain spells?  I can't imagine that it's highly used by people in multiplayer, but with as many people out there having played as many matches as there are, I'm sure someone has seen something similar.  I wasn't able to usefully find something in a search.

i think that mass spells are not reflected. So, Basic Slow can be reflected but Expert Slow - can't. Maybe i'm wrong.

Interesting anomaly if true.  I'm not sure that there's much better I can do with it though; neither mass curse (which I didn't have at the time) or mass weakness will do much given that it's not their physical attack but the spellcasting which hurts.  If sorrow gave you more than a 12.5% chance of a freeze it wouldn't be bad, but as it is, slow is more reliable. Mass forgetfulness if it disabled spellcasting would be very useful and logical  but in fact it won't let you cast it at all, since they are not treated as a ranged attacker.
