This... seems surprisingly deep. And fun.
No PC version though, buggers.

From what I've seen character creation appears to be expanse, and I adore some of the gameplay features, like the day/night matters significantly, and boss fights seem very fun. No PC version is a tad strange 
These two reviewers fill all my needs (and signify the entirety of my knowledge of the game):

I loved in Dragon age that my companions have conversations with each other, though here it seems like a downside, I don't know ^^.
Edit: There's a demo it seems, going to try it out on my console.

Yeah the action seems superb.
I won't even be able to play it without getting a new harddrive for mah 360 (So expensive wtf) but it definitely looks worth playing.
Very flawed, but still fun.
Would be amazing if they released a touched up PC version later... Capcom's done it before...
